I brush my teeth and change into jean shorts and a white tank. school doesn't start for another hour so I have time to talk to my mom. I walk down stairs.
"Mom what Did you want to tell me?" I ask as I open up the fridge. I turn around when she doesn't answer "mom?" I stop when I see her and Kyle kissing on the couch. the pull way and my mom looks at me with a surprised look
"Alex..." I feel my face burn
"How many secretes are you keeping from me?!" My mom sighs.
"Me and Kyle are getting married."
"What?!?! So me and Daniel have to break up?!" My mom had an apologetic look on her face but the smirk on Kyles face is sickening. "I hate you." the words come out cold. "and I never want to see you again!" I run outside and slam the door. I hear my mom calling for me but I don't hear her. Tears fall down my cheeks as I sprint along the road to school. I don't think I've run so fast in my life. I know what I'm going to do. I won't go back. I will stay at my friends stable with Rebel. I won't have to see my mom ever again.
