My eyes were burning, I hated sleeping. Nothing good ever happened when I did.

But today all that happened was my eyes burning. Louis was gone but I was still fucking naked. I had my shirt on but that was it.

The clothes I'd gotten for him were gone and the old sheets were in a pile with his clothes.

But he wasn't here.

I'd expected it but it didn't hurt any less. I'd showered and fixed whatever it was I thought might need it.

But by the time I'd showered and gotten dressed I was dead on my feet.

I put everything in the wash before I showered thankfully so I just had to hit play.

I felt like shit. I'd almost cried from the split second I saw myself in the bathroom. Now I just had to go to school and watch him ignore me until the next time he gets drunk.

Skating down to school hurt a lot more than it usually did. "I can't do it today. I don't- think I'd be able to." Denny nods. "That's fine don't even freak. You can sit on the bench it's all good."

"I'm sorry." He hands me a bottle. "It's cool. Seriously you don't need to be sorry."

Sitting down on the bench I felt myself slowly falling asleep, then Louis walks in.

Wearing, my jumper.

Mine.

You could almost tell it wasn't his but if anybody questioned it they'd probably be dead in seconds. "You alright?" Evan asks. "Yeah."

"What happened?" I shrug. "I got in the shower and my shoulder started hurting so now I'm sitting here and trying to recover."

"Oh. Shit dude that's not good," He kisses my cheek. "Get better."

I don't think I've worn that jumper while I've been here. Luckily.

That shit is limited edition, there's two of them and fuck knows who has the other one. "Okay! Let's get into groups of three!"

Nobody was focused on what I was doing, which was good cause I'd spent most of the lesson staring at Louis.

I wasn't even sure he'd gotten changed which means he's been wearing that all day and will probably continue to.

He could've gone home and changed. He had hours.

It was weird that he didn't.

"Why are you sat down?" He frowns at me, leaning down with his hands on his knees. "I can't do anything today." Why was I nervous?

"Why not what happened?" I can't explain it, it sounds stupid as fuck. "I just can't."

"You can't do anything? You just gonna sit on your arse all day and do nothing?" He didn't have to be so judgy. "Yes."

"What happened?" He usually smells like vanilla or mangos. Today he didn't. It still smelt like mine. "Nothing I just can't do anything. Why do you care?"

"Because I'm nosey. Don't be whiney with me just tell me." He was pissing me off. "Nothing happened. Go away you're bothering me."

"Okay." He walks away and I was finally left in my peace.

But then the lesson ended and I was back to having conversations.

I'd gotten so tired over the past couple weeks, the idea of conversation used to excite me but now I just don't want it. "Louis you can actually suck my dick, shut the fuck up."

"Evan that is disgusting. That's gay as fuck why would I do that." The tone was the same as always, I couldn't tell if he was kidding or not.

"I know you dream about it Louis it's okay." Louis nudges my leg like I could listen to his mind or something. "I would never."

"Not even if I paid you?" He hums. "No probably not. I have standards."

"You also have a drinking problem so let's not get too hasty here okay." Louis takes in a slow breath. "Might not have been the best thing I could've said."

"Really?" Louis goes to stand up so I pull him back into his seat. "Louis how did you get one of those hoodies? They're- rare, like there's two in the world kind of rare."

"I didn't know that did I. Fuck off." Evan sighs. "You need to get fucked or something cause you're acting like a dick today."

"Get over yourself. Please." I didn't want to be here much longer. "Harry can I talk to you?" Luna says from behind me. "Mhm."

At least after this I can leave. "What's up?" She pulls me towards the shelf. "I was just wondering if maybe. You'd want to- I don't know, get a drink some time. Maybe?"

"I uh-" I clear my throat. "I don't, like- women." I said awkwardly. Watching her cheeks puff up as she starts laughing.

"I'm sorry." She says through a loud cackle. "No it's fine, I really would if I did I swear. Dont think I'm rejecting you cause I'm not, if I liked girls then I would."

"No, no don't even worry about it, sorry I'm not laughing at you I just- it's a little funny." I couldn't help but laugh. "You're really pretty though- do you, knot like guys?"

She shrugs. "Cause there's this girl in my maths class that I think might be your best bet if you want her number I can get it for you." Her cheeks were pink. "I've never actually been with a girl."

"Shes very pretty, little intimidating but she means well. Willow Curtis? Do you know her?" She froze. "Willow-" she squeaks out. "Willow Curtis?"

"Yeah. Hold on I'll write down her number." I don't know why I have it or remember it.

I hand her the paper watching her smile widen. "What if she hates me or something? What if she doesn't even like girls- what do I don't like girls."

"You questioned it?" She nods. "You like girls. It's the way of the world. It's fine, if you can't get a guy go for a girl. You'll feel the difference in a couple weeks."

"Thanks." I nudge her arm. "Good luck." I really hadn't expected that to work.

I mean I've seen Willow staring but she's never said anything. I'm like a silent wingman.

"What was that?" Evan leans over. "Nothing." Darla scoffs. "Did you just get Lunas number? Do you understand how impossible that is?"

"Did you finish your work?" I'm not about to put the girl, she doesn't even know if she's sure about it. I would rather eat noodles. "Yeah."

"Harry your eyes look really red." Evan frowns. "Cause I don't sleep." He squints. "Why?"

"Because I enjoy the effects it has on my body." Darla hums. "Freak."
