Sukuna glared at you in disdain as the baby continued to crawl on him. You had to cover your mouth to stop yourself from laughing as the baby pulled his hair. "Aw you'd make a wonderful daddy Sukuna," you teased.

"Shut up," Sukuna hissed as his glare harshened.

"No you're right that's giving you too much credit," you said chuckling.

"I will purposely piss off this thing," Sukuna threatened. You raise your brow and hear the hissing again. Sukuna also looks up and one of the adults snarls, baring its teeth at Sukuna as if understanding what he said.

Thankfully, before he could do anything, the baby let out a yawn and chirped up towards the trees. One of the adults moved down from the trees, getting closer to you both. You tense up as the baby crawls out of Sukuna's arms and makes its way to, what you assume, is the mother. Or father, you can't really tell.

The parent glares at you both as their baby climbs onto their back. And just like that, the parent went away as well as the entire herd of creatures. "Thank fuck," you whispered. Silently, Sukuna stood up, listening for any other creature.

"Let's go before they decide to come back," Sukuna demanded in a hushed tone. You quickly stand up as well and the two of you practically run from the area. When you are in a safe area, or as safe as it can get, you start to slow your steps. Sukuna glances behind him to see if the creatures are gone and then glances your way.

"And how exactly would those things have killed us?" Sukuna asked, glancing at you. If you're afraid of those giant, cuddly bastards they must have some secret attack that frightens you. You glance up at him and let out a sigh. "They have a special kind of teeth, if they were going to eat us their jaws would rotate around like a blender," you explain. "So if one of them were biting into your stomach it would be like them drilling into your flesh."

"That is the stupidest fear yet," Sukuna remarked with a deadpan expression.

"So you keep saying," you said bluntly. You keep walking forward, now pulling at Tenshi's kimono. You couldn't figure out how to tighten it since Sukuna pulled you away and it was really loose. Even dragging under your feet. "It's because it's true," Sukuna argued.

"You keep underestimating my fears Sukuna and it will bite you in the ass one day," you said, not sparing him any sympathy. "And I will laugh in your face." Sukuna raises his brow and laughs. It was hilarious to think that your fears would best him. "Your measly little fears may have caught me off guard before but it won't happen again," Sukuna assured, with a cocky smirk. Honestly, it hurt his pride a little that he let such trivial things get the best of him. You let out an annoyed groan and move past him.
