Running.
Your breathing grows heavy as you run through the woods. Calves are burning and your heart is racing. Jumping over a fallen tree, you hid behind it, sitting on the ground. Pressing yourself against the bark, you cover your mouth as you try to even out your breaths.
Your ears listened intently as you covered your mouth. You tried to focus on ignoring your heartbeats, the blood rushing through your ears to listen for the danger lurking around you. Crickets, the leaves blowing among the wind, where is the danger?
Suddenly it went dead silent.
The insects went quiet and the wind stopped blowing. A chill runs through your spine as you feel like something is watching you. Slowly, you peered behind you, trying to see if anything was there. However, there is nothing. Getting onto your feet, you stumble backward as quietly as you can.
Crunch!
You flinched as a twig snapped underneath your foot. You waited and waited, feeling your blood run cold. Taking another step forward, you yelped when a large arm wrapped around your waist and lifted you into the air, spinning you around.
"Caught you," Sukuna said, smirking. His voice was low, almost like a purr as he caught his prey. You groan in defeat as he holds you, your back against his chest. This game of chase feels like it's taking a more twisted turn as you can tell he's enjoying hunting you a little too much.
"I hid longer this time," You argued as he still held you.
"Hm, yes by three minutes," Sukuna said, chuckling as he finally put you down. You take a couple of steps back to look into his eyes, his lower arms crossing against his waist.
"You're pretty sneaky, which is good, a normal or even special grade curses or sorcerers will have a hard time finding you."
"But not from you?" You asked, raising your brow with a smile.
He grins, one that's confident and yet with a sadistic twist. "Oh darling, you'll never be able to hide from me for long, but I do enjoy our cat-and-mouse games." Sukuna suddenly senses an arousal spike from you, but you don't comment on it.
