The fifth wide yawn escaped Eun-oh's lips, as if his mouth might split. The weather seemed to be the culprit, leaving his body damp and energy depleted. Uncertain about the next course of action, he lingered on the veranda, idly tapping his feet.

All that came out were yawns, and the only sensation was a sense of laziness.

It was around the sixth yawn when Kang-hee appeared.

"Hello, Eun-oh."

Eun-oh hastily closed his mouth, suppressing the impending yawn.

"Yawn, h-hello!"

Kang-hee appeared, holding meticulously folded layers of clothing, garments clearly befitting a noble.

"I was a bit surprised in the morning. When did you come to the main house? Did the Young master summon you?"

Kang-hee's perplexity was expected. Since Eun-oh had entered the side room last night and now appeared in the inner room in the morning, it was only natural.

"It's not that. I came here. I wanted to
apologize to the Young master."

"Apologize?"

"Yeah."

Eun-oh's expression radiated a certain pride. To an onlooker, it might seem like he had accomplished something significant.

"How?"

"Oh, that's, you know. I tried to understand the Young master's feelings..."

Eun-oh, who had absentmindedly attempted to disclose last night's events, paused momentarily. It became unclear how much he should reveal, and hesitation set in.

Is there really a need to go into detail about touching each other's peppers?

The scale tipped toward discretion, driven more by embarrassment than necessity.

"I, uh, helped him release his feelings. Poured my heart out, you could say."

"Poured your heart out?"

"Yeah. I earnestly apologized. Said I was sorry for what I did."

Eun-oh reenacted the situation, clasping his hands together.

"I see."

Fortunately, Kang-hee seemed to accept that explanation.

"That's a relief. The Young master must have eased his anger. You must feel better now."

"Yeah, really. Ah!"

Eun-oh, who had been playfully bantering with a smile, suddenly sobered and stood up. It dawned on him that Kang-hee was diligently working, while he lounged around doing nothing.

"Sorry! What should I do now? Should I clean the Young master's room again?"

"No, you don't have to today. It's fine not to do it."

"Huh?"

Are you trying to turn the blame on me for not being good at my job? Eun-oh was embarrassed.

Kang-hee quickly corrected the misunderstanding.

"It's raining. On days like this, everyone takes a break and rests. The Young master didn't say anything about it."

"Oh... What about you?"

"I'm the Young master's personal servant, so I should do at least this much."

While others could take a break, Kang-hee couldn't. Eun-oh, feeling a sense of pity, suggested with a brightened expression
