"What just happened?"
Yohwan, who came running after receiving the message, asked Kang-hee, who was standing quietly at the stone wall.
Kang hee, as if waking from a trance, blinked slowly, an unusual sight for him. Alarmed by this strange behavior, Yohwan gently grabbed Kang hee's arm. Only then did Kang hee's focus return to his empty eyes.
"Ah, Sir Yohwan...."
"What on earth is going on? Why are you standing here like you've lost your mind? Hm?"
Kang-hee remained silent, gazing beyond the main hall towards the door of the inner room. Yohwan's eyes followed Kang-hee.
"To the Young Master, what in the world..."
The servant who rushed over and delivered the message about a problem with the Young Master only conveyed the issue without specifics. Yohwan couldn't fathom the nature of the problem as he tried to formulate an additional question.

He opened his eyes at the faint moaning sound. Though small, it unmistakably belonged to Eun-oh. There was no way Yohwan could mistake that sound for
Kang-hee.
"Could it be?"
Certainly, Yohwan had already sensed the sexual contact between Chae Yoon-sa and Eun-oh. He knew it hadn't progressed to full intercourse yet. People who could read the atmosphere were likely to speculate about such things.
However, today felt different for some reason. He couldn't logically explain it, but the atmosphere was distinct.
Especially Kang Hee... Kang Hee's reaction seemed strange.
"In the end, it seems Eun-oh succeeded"
Kang Hee muttered with a disheartened voice.
"He managed it quite easily."
Yohwan could see it—the wounds Kang Hee endured, the sense of futility, and disappointment. Yohwan felt an urge to comfort Kang Hee by hugging him, but he knew he couldn't. He understood that Kang Hee didn't seek that kind of solace.
"As it comes to this, it makes me curious,"
Kang Hee said with a bitter smile.
"Eun-oh, that boy. What's his real identity?"
The smile held an unclear intention.
