"So you have the rules?" Connie jogged in place excitedly as Steven pulled the list out of his back pocket.

"Yes, Ni. Okay rule one: You can't leave the state park."

She nodded. "Of course."

Steven squinted a bit as the light from the day started to fade. "Uh, rule two: If you get hurt, you have to call out."

"Whatever."

"Connie. If you get hurt, I need to know immediately. What's our code word if you need to stop?" Steven knew she'd be against losing in what she considered the worst way.

"Applesauce," She grumbled.

"Good girl. Okay, rule three: If someone catches you, they immediately release you but you can't bribe them not to tell where you went. Rule four: If you escape me, I have to give you a full minute head start."

"Which is hardly fair! You're going to be going Diamond mode!" She exclaimed as she bent over into a luxurious downward dog.

"Mmm... uh n-no. Half Diamond mode. I can't float to find you, or hyper speed, and I can't shapeshift... at least not very much." He grinned at her perking up to that.

"I'm excited to see what you come up with, but unless it's your eyes or nose you aren't allowed to enhance hearing or strength. I want a fair chance." She leaned down into another downward dog for a few moments to stretch her thighs and then, rose up into a sun salutation. His girlfriend was ready for whatever he threw at her, and it was kind of a turn on to see her in competition mode.

"This is going to be so much fun."

For a school bonding exercise, everyone had been put into two teams: Predators and Prey. They did this every year apparently and called it the Bunny Hunt. They'd gone out and spray painted glow in the dark strips over trees and on tripping hazards, marking each respective thing yellow or red. Poison Ivy and Sumac were spray painted silver for extra safety in case someone decided to really get into their animalistic side.

To be totally frank, Steven hadn't been listening past the first part. Connie was lithe, smart and savvy. The idea of her running with him in chase was unironically arousing to him. Whether he caught her or not, he was definitely going to have fun tonight.

There was a time where Connie had been purposely pushing buttons, flouncing around in a short skirt and cropped tank she called "pajamas" while he was over one night. She bent over and gave him a full view of her ass before he finally lost his cool.

"What the hell are you doing? You know you have knees, right?" There was a bit of laughter in his voice, but not much. He was staring directly at her butt, his fingers twitching with the urge to grab it.

She shrugged and picked up whatever she was going after, still staying like that. "Maybe it's an invitation."

He got up immediately, but she instantly erected and backed away slowly. "Where do you think you're going?"

Connie raised a teasing eyebrow. "Maybe you have to catch me first. Maybe you have to earn it."

Steven narrowed his eyes at her and froze. She followed suit, holding perfectly still. His hand moved and she tensed. He grinned and stood completely straight, no longer in a pursuit position.

Her eyes dropped to his pants and raised up to his. "You're not going to fool me."

"I'm not trying–," He launched towards her and a full second later she reacted, ducking under his arms and flying to the door.
