Two weeks later,
Miranda figured out where Bucky's football office was and went inside. She found him working on new plays for the upcoming game.
He looked up when he heard someone come in, "Miranda? It's 430 what are you doing here still?" He said when he saw the time.
"I um, I had a debate team meeting. Um I um I can't stop." She said
"Stop what?" He said as he went back to his plays.
"Thinking about the kiss." She whispered
He looked up, "Miranda.." he whispered
"I know I know we agreed but I can't stop. Well mainly because that was my first. Ive never had a boyfriend before and I mean I'm not like the hopeless romantic like my sister but I." She said but then he stood up.
He walked over to her, "We can't Miranda. You have to try and fight the thoughts. I have so much more at stake then my job." He said
She swallowed back a lump in there throat, "Ok, yeah I understand. Um I'm going to go now." She said with a shaky voice.
"Miranda don't cry.." he said as she got to the door and wiped her face.
She reeled in all the tears, and took a deep breathe but before she could open the door. She saw his hand go over her hers.
"Stay.." he whispered then he locked his office door.
She looked over her shoulder at him, and he kissed her. He turned her around and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Not a soul can know." He whispered as he broke the kiss.
"Not a soul." She whispered as they began to kiss again.
