A year and half later,
It was the night of Bucky's 23rd birthday, his frat brothers decided to throw him a birthday party. He showed up to the house ready to party, he had pregamed with Zantana and Susie since they weren't coming to the party.
Around 2AM a very intoxicated and high Bucky decided that he could drive himself home. He began to make the drive home as rain poured. A deer ran out on the road he tried to swerve to miss it and hydroplaned. His car spun and flipped into a ditch and hit a tree as it landed upside down.
"Hello James this is OnStar we detect a accident. Can you hear me James?"
Bucky was knocked out and didn't respond. OnStar beeped in again.
"James? We are calling first responders for you since you did not respond."
Twenty minutes later EMTs and police officers showed up as did the fire department. The EMTs put him on a stretcher and took him to the ER. James was notified when they saw who his emergency contact was. He also called Susie on his way to the hospital, she had Zantana come with her.
The doctors came out, and met with James.
"Your son is going to be fine. He suffered a severe concussion and a few bumps and bruises." The doctor said
"Thank you." James said
"But he also a high alcohol blood levels and opioids. We also found traces of marijuana in his system." The doctor said
James sighed as he looked down. "Thank you." He said
A few minutes later, the officers that were at the scene gave James Bucky's ticket for a DUI it's the third one in a month.
"One more Dr Barnes and he will lose his license." The officer said
"Thank you I'll let him know when he wakes up." James said as he put the ticket in his pocket.
Three days later Bucky woke up very confused on what happened as he doesn't even remember leaving the party.
