"He's gonna black out." Heller announces from his work station. Mac goes over to him as he shows him Jonas' vitals. "His blood gases are dropping."
"Jonas." Mac says into the coms.
"Tell Heller I'm not slowing down." Jonas tells him.
Mac then connect Suyin to the coms.
"Suyin, be advised. Evolution is now on route. Request you return to Mana One immediately."
"Negative. He can give us an escort on our way up." She tells him.
"Tell her to get out of the way, Mac. More people means more risk and she's in way over her head. I need to get to Yn fast and I can't worry about another person outside the ones on the Origin."
"Jonas, you just told her yourself. The little green button on your intercom, that's the single channel communication." Mac tells him.
"Brilliant." He mumbles, he hasn't even met your closest friend yet and he's already making a bad impression.
"Entering the thermocline." Suyin announces. "Okay, Mac. I am through."
Jonas ears hurts, he tries to pop them and his hands come back bloodied.
"Warning. Pressure load approaching 16,000 psi." The computer announce.
"At this speed, I'm gonna have to divert power from the heaters and shut down anything that could ice over. Call you from the other side." He tells the team on Mana One, and video signal goes out.
...
"Toshi, is it still out there?" You ask him.
"I can't tell. I can't see anything right now." He tells you.
...
"There it is. I got visuals of the Origin." Suyin says.
"Okay. They're alive." Jax says, relieved.
"I'm going to set up to tow." Suyin tells them.
"Range to target, six meters. Four meters." The computer counts down as she gets closer.
"Firing magnetic hook. Three, two.. Ah!" Suyin counts down, but the gliders is pushed harshly to the side.
"Suyin? Are you okay? What's happening?" Mac asks worriedly.
"There is something down here." She then whispers. "Something just hit my ship." A huge octopus grabs her glider.
"Suyin, what's happening?" Mac asks.
"It's a huge squid. It's got the glider." She answers as warnings are starting to blare from the pressure. "It's crushing me! I don't think the glider can take it."
"It's not gonna hold." Jax says.
"Suyin, engage the pressure compensator." Mac tells her.
"Compensator won't engage." She tells them.
"Capsule breach in 10 seconds." The computer announce.
Suddenly the squid lets go of the glider and a huge shark swims past her with the squid in its jaws.
"It's a shark." She says, in disbelief. "It's like 20, 25 meters."
"It's a Megalodon." Jonas tells them, now back on com.
"Impossible." Suyin whispers.
"So glad I'm not crazy." Jonas looks annoyed into the camera.
Heller looks at the screens dumbfounded.
