"You smell so good," Sophie said, burrowing her face in Keefe's neck and kissing the space where his neck met his shoulder.

He laughed. She knew it was weird, but it was true. He smelled sweet. 

"You really notice the smallest things, don't you?" He noted.

Sophie leaned back, staring him in the eyes; eyes that were much too pretty for her. 

"Like..." she said, playing along. "How you have the lightest, most adorable trace of freckles?" She grinned and ran a gentle finger over his cheeks and across the bridge of his nose.

He smiled, but she saw the faint tease of a blush on his cheeks. She giggled. He was so cute.

He brushed a hair off her forehead, smiling as he leaned in and kissed her lightly on the lips.

"Or how much you love it when I kiss you?" He suggested.
