A week later
Milori was taking Clarion for a ride through winter on Hercules. She had her arms over his shoulders and her hands on his chest as they swooped around watching their people having fun together.
"This... is what we always dreamed about," said Clarion.
"It sure is, my love. It sure is."
The End ❤️
Alrighty y'all I have a few acknowledgements to get through. Firstly, to @randomwriter1035 for well, everything! You were my inspiration to start writing in the first place. You drew my cover, you were the first one to vote on my story, you gave me advice when I was getting started and you've stuck by me the whole time. On Opposite Sides of the Border was my first favorite fanfiction and I don't think I would have ever gotten into writing without that story. Secondly, to Zahara Nejad @theshipsawaken for writing Unlikely Love. That story pushed me to create an account here in the first place just so I could follow you. Thirdly, even though he'll probably never see this, I have to thank my little brother. He dared me to post the first chapter of this story after I'd been writing it for a year. Without that dare I don't think I ever would have gotten started! Fourth, to @ChristeanaPiancino. You are my best friend! Without you, I wouldn't be who I am or where I am. You've been by my side for years. You've stuck by me through thick and thin. We've been to hell and back together. We made it through 2020 and came out stronger than ever. Through a global pandemic, watching our world turn upside down, transferring from public school to homeschool (and in my case back again), having our trio turn into a duo when our friend moved halfway across the country and just living life you've been there. If I ever need someone to vent to about all the annoying kids in my classes or someone who will listen to me nerd out about Star Wars for an hour straight, you're my girl. I know we don't talk as much as we used to these days but you're still my BFF! And last but not least, to you, my wonderful readers. Y'all have been the reason I keep going every week. When I started posting this story, I didn't think anyone would ever want to read it. Flash forward to now and we have gathered over 1,000 reads! You guys are the best! This is the end of this book but it's not the end of my writing journey. I plan to write a sequel to this story. I don't know when it will be out but I promise, it's coming. Anyways, I love you guys, keep on reading, and I'll see you all next time!
Sage 🤟🏻💖🐺P.S. This epilogue is releasing on the 2 year anniversary of the day I started writing Love at First Sight. Back then, I had no ambition of posting this, no idea what it would be called or if anyone would want to read it. I was a bored teenager stuck in quarantine over the holidays and mostly deprived of social interaction because of it. I had just discovered Wattpad for the first time and thought it would be fun to write fanfiction so I opened up a blank document in google docs and let the ideas run free and I couldn't be happier with where we ended up.
