Arriyah Melrose Tatum & Co Technology Annual Company Christmas Party 12/23/23
Arriyah arrived at her jobs annual Christmas party two hours late, knowing that she really didn't want to be there but it was in company's policy. The only excusable reason an employee can have for missing the party is having a child or a loved one is dying, besides that Mr. Tatum gave absolutely no fucks.
He expected everyone to be at the hottest party of the year. One that even A-Listers had to be on the list for.
Arriyah also understood due to her being one of Mr. Tatum's highest paid employees, she had better showed her face. She was the company's Software Engineering Manager, supervising a team of software engineers who focused on projects, including the design and development of software, programs, and applications. The tech company has gone global, having company buildings in the United kingdom, Tokyo, Australia, Canada, France, and recently adding Dubai.
The money behind Tatum & Co Tech was LONG.
Arriyah also occasionally worked alongside Mr. Tatum himself, assisting him with making decisions for the company and even sometimes asking her to present some of her ideas to the board members when they're all in town. She's created a name for herself as a very intelligent and successful black woman in technology. She could walk into a room of white men with years and years of experience in tech and still stand out due to her innovative thoughts alone.
