I rushed to his side immediately taking his hand in mine. Azula was on the other side of him holding his hand as well. "Katara". His voice was strained as he looked at me weakly. "Who did this to you"? Tears wanted to fill my eyes but I did my best to fight them back. He didn't need to be worried about me right now.

"Our father did. It's his punishment for the two of you being in the garden together". Azula said. I looked at her completely shocked. "Who saw us"? "Mei did. I'll admit I no longer care for her considering everything she's done but if you wanted to sneak around with my brother you could've been smart enough to do it in private".

"Don't blame her Azula, I'm to blame for this as well". He lifted his hand up cupping my cheek. "But I don't regret a second of it". "Zuko". A few stray tears escaped rolling down my face. "Sshh it'll be ok".

"Has a doctor been here to see him yet Azula"? "No, I've been the only one taking care of him". "It won't just be you anymore, he has me as well". "I'll be right back". Sokka said. "Where are you going"? Azula asked. "To take care of something

I had to get out of there. It wasn't because of the situation but so I could try and come up with a plan.

We need to try and get Zuko out of the palace but how? This place is packed full of guards not to mention the military

I had no choice, I had to call her. I looked around to see if anyone was walking nearby then took off and slid into the nearest room I could find which thankfully was a closet.

Me: Boss, you there?

Sun Ray: This better be good you and Katara haven't updated in days

Me: I know ow and we're both sorry for that but some things have come up. I was hoping you could send one of the jets so we can help Princess Azula and Prince Zuko escape

Sun Ray: Your mission is to kill their father

Me: I know and we'll continue with the mission once the prince and princess are both safe

Sun Ray: Is this because of the princess's death treat

Me: Part of it is. The other part has to do with Prince Zuko being beaten and burnt by his father. They're not safe here

Me: And neither will the two of you if either of them goes missing. You want to protect them? Do it by killing their father, you have your orders agent.

I was furious with her. For years I have always done what she's asked of me and the one time I need something in return she can't give it to me. I breathed in and out, clenching and unclenching my fists. When I had calmed down enough I made my way back to the room.

Zuko was now asleep with his head in Katara's lap while Azula was in deep thought. "I just got off the phone with Sun Ray, she made it clear that if we want to get Zuko and Azula out of here that we'll be on our own".

"She's not sending help"? "No, according to her the only way we can help them is by killing Ozai". "That has to wait, Zuko's the main priority right now". Azula said. "I agree. Katara, didn't you say you had found some documents".

She nodded, made her way over to me, and handed me one. "Read them before you say anything". She looked at me sternly. "Why should he"? "Just do it". I nodded and unfolded one.

Ikem: I miss you so much, my dear

Ursa: I'm glad to see you haven't forgotten about me after all these years

Ikem: How could I ever forget the love of my life? How are your kids?

Ursa: They're fine but I wish I could protect them better. Ozai can't stop putting his hands on them and if I interfere he does the same to me or worse

Ikem: None of this should even be happening. Your the true heir to the throne, not Ozai

Ursa: I know that but no one even knows about my parents.

Ikem: I hate this. I hate that I can't protect you like I promised

Ursa: I wish I could go to you but he'll have me killed if he ever found out. Zuko and Azula still need me. I can't leave them alone with that monster.

Our suspicions were right, Queen Ursa was forced into this but I had no idea this was the case but the one after this cleared everything up for me.

Azulon: That wife of yours is making a lot of trouble for us Ozai. I'm assuming you know about her and her lover?

Ozai: I do, I know all about the love letters. Now that I'm king I'll be able to banish her like I want

Azulon: Why not just punish her a bit?

Ozai: Because she already gave me my son and daughter

I looked over at Azula sympatheticly. "Theres a chance your mothers still alive",
