Demario's POV

My eyes fluttered open slowly, feeling sore and drained all over as I soon remembered what had happened- talking to Oliver, getting the frantic phone call from Taylor, the blackout at school, and then...

"Oh, God," I moaned, my mind finally registering that Oliver and I were kidnapped by Ryan Peavey as I soon saw that I was definitely not back in the band room at school or even back at home. Instead, I was now in some decent-looking bedroom that was sparsely decorated save for some odd knick-knacks. The sky outside hinted of an ominous-looking thunderstorm that was threatening to turn dark and nasty. I looked around to see that my feet and hands were bound.

"Fuck," I heard the sweet voice of my boyfriend as I saw him wake up. "Demario, are you okay?"

"Peachy," I hummed. "And something tells me that Ryan's finally getting his wish and has finally lost his mind."

"No, I'm just determined to get what's mine," came the suave voice of our captor as he, now shirtless and wearing jeans with his hair damp as if coming out of the shower, stood in the doorway with a smile on his face. "And my, I see two sinfully-sexy guys who are now where they need to be- with me."

"Ryan, where the hell are we?" I asked.

"One of my aunt's designated town houses just outside of Dallas," he answered. "But this is only just temporary until we finally make things official- the three of us being a triad pairing."

I stared at him dumbly. "And what makes you think that this is going to happen?"

Ryan just laughed. "It's going to happen, Demario, whether you agree to it or not," he drawled. "In a way, you and Oliver can choose to accept being mine and we can go on our merry ways out of Texas as high-school dropouts...or you fight me on this and we'll be together in the afterlife."

"WHAT?!" Oliver and I exclaimed.

"That's right, you two. I'm giving you two to get used to me in seven days and see that I can be the best boyfriend for the two of us. Once you see that I'm not really a bad guy, you'll get used to me. But if you still continue to fight me on this...then I guess we'll won't need to worry about the cops chasing up and shit because I'll put you both out of your miseries before ending my life. I love you both, Demario and Oliver, but I'll be damned to hell and back if you reject me just like Artem and Jillian did. They deserved what came to them. But you two are still educable, salvageable if you allow me to be yours with open arms. Theo and Jillian were blindly ambitious while Artem just didn't have the right kind of caliber to satiate me.

"But you two carry Ginger Rogers' savoir faire that doesn't go to waste yet never use it recklessly. Despite your backgrounds in life, you two continue to defy the odds and prove everyone that you are not to be denied. And I like that in you," Ryan continued as he sat down on the bed, helping Oliver sit up properly. "Think about it, Oliver and Demario, the three of us ready to conquer the world while showing every single person who despised us and believes that we're not meant to last that we're not going anywhere. All you have to do now is let me prove to you that you two will be mine."

He gave me and Oliver a soft yet passionate kiss on the lips that felt so wrong. "Seven days, Demario and Oliver. That's all the time you'll need to get used to me. If you still don't think that I'm right for you...then we'll still be together in the afterlife. If I can't have you, then no one can. And I won't allow either of you to slip away from me," he intoned, his smile vanishing and voice serious. "Don't worry, boys. I got everything we need for you to see that you two will be taken care of, including T-shots for Ollie and decent clothes."

He left the room as Oliver and I looked at each other. "What the hell are we going to do?" I asked. "Ryan's not going to back down on this at all."

Oliver just gave me a wan smile...as he revealed his now-free hands. "Thank God for my uncle who was certified in survival skills," he replied, keeping his voice low as he worked on freeing me from the ropes. "And it pays to have some of these skills in handy."

"How's that?" I wanted to know.

Oliver smirked, reaching into his shirt and pulling out his dog-tag necklace. "My uncle installed a little insurance policy inside the tags," he said before snapping the dog in two. "And once I snapped this in two, this will give us time to give Ryan what he wants...and then trick him.

My eyes went wide. "Damn," I breathed. "You mean-"

"A little faith and high technology can create lots of wonders, Demario. So just hold on for now and play along. Our chariots will arrive."

God bless my street-savvy transgender boyfriend. I gave him a kiss that soon ended before Ryan returned with supper on hand. All we had to do was make sure to keep a calm head in seven days while keeping our tainted golden-boy captor happy.

Because I had a VERY STRONG feeling that Ryan had something else up his sleeve, something that I knew that I wouldn't like one bit! Let's just hope that Oliver's words would indeed ring true with a rescue plan. And let's also hope that my foster family was also involved.

Well, Demario, you might be surprised how Oliver's words will ring true, because in the next chapter, we'll check in with the others as they learn where Ryan really is and how one person will finally place everything in order! The next two chapters will detail the great escape for Demario and Oliver as Ryan will finally get his just desserts! So stay tuned, my lovelies! It's going to be one hell of a time!
