Summary:

Trapped in the body of his ancestor, Sandy challenges Pigsy to a fight! Meanwhile, MK meets the wise master who taught Monkey King all he knows.

Waking up after the harsh landing, Pigsy grunted slightly in pain as he felt his back crack, turning to see if the others were alright, only to pale when he realized that he was alone, in an area filled with broken weapons and very little life beyond a large, black, river a few feet ahead.

Summoning the rake he'd gotten from his previous incarnation's chapter, the demon looked around cautiously in search of a familiar face, internally praying that the others were okay. "Tang, Mei, MK, Where are you guys?"

A noise from behind the pile of broken weapons next to the chef, had him jump and scramble to find cover, peeking out upon seeing a strange giant blue figure.

"Sandy? Sandy!" Scrambling up, ready to embrace his old friend in a hug. "Are you hurt!"

He didn't answer the pig demon as he had his back turned, hunching over as he sobbed. "Oh, the Sandy is scared." He said shakily.

"Oh, ain't nothing to be scared of, except these piles and piles and piles of skulls," Pigsy laughed nervously as he looked around at huge amounts of skulls they were surrounded.

He then remembered that he was still in the scroll, meaning that this wasn't the old friend he knew, this was Sha Wujing. "Let's get out of here before whatever left all those bones does the same to us."

"Finally...."

Sha Wujing snarled, dropping the scared act as he summoned forth his weapon and pointing it down at the pig, his glowing blue eyes glaring daggers into the shaking chef. "A worthy challenger!"

"Wh--challenger?!"

"Yeah!" Turning back with a bone chilling smirk, the water demon began to explain the situation, his dark expression was seemingly quite terrifying. "All these jabronis thought they could go one-on-one with the champ." With a dark smile, the blue skinned male trailed a thumb across his neck, as a symbol to show he killed any that lost to him. "But they couldn't."

Biting his lip, Pigsy realized that if he wanted to get the spirit to listen to him, he'll have to fight him.

"Look, I don't want to hurt you Sandy , but whatever it'll take to get through to you, Then--then I will take on the challenge!" He summoned his celestial rake.

Sea blue eyes glowed with a dark glint in them, Sha Wujing chuckled darkly, "It's been a while since my last challenger! But I doubt that little pooper-scooper ain't gonna save you now!~"

Charging forwards, the chef let out an animalistic--pig like--squeal of fright, as he dodged blow by blow, using the rake to block each attack as they came raining down upon him. On occasion, some would make it past his defences, electing pain filled noises from the cook, who had to force himself from looking at the wounds appearing on his skin.

"Wee wee goes the little piggy! Lemme hear ya oink! You can't run away forever, piglet." The water demon snarled angrily, irate that he's holding back, and not actually giving it his all. "The Sandy wants to see the monster!"

Huffing and puffing, as he strained against the strength of the blue skinned demon. "I'm not a monster. And sure, our ancestors, they weren't great guys, but that ain't us, that ain't you!" Pigsy yelled, trying to reason with him.

However, the possessed demon won't listen to reason, he huffed in irritation. "Oh, enough yappin'. I wanna hear that monster inside squeal! Come on! Let him out! Fight the Sandy!"

Pigsy realized that he'd have to give his old friend a few bruises, if he were to get into the possessed spirit's thick skull. "Fine then! You wanna see a monster?!" A terrifying pink aura surrounded the swine. "I'll give you a monster!"

Swinging the rake, the noodle chef used his smaller size to quickly land attack after attack, as he dodged the slower blows given by the ginger haired spirit, who cried out in pain when some of the rake points dug into old scars.

The battle continued on for some time, before Pigsy finally managed to knock Sha Wujing down onto his knees, "Now there's the monster. I knew you were holdin' out on me. Well, go on then. Go for the finishing move."

Pigsy prepares his rake but hesitates, remembering his ancestor, before dropping his rake. "No, No!" Shaking his head, the chef put away his rake and walked up to the spirit.

"I ain't gonna! You're my best friend! Just 'cause we look a certain way, 'cause our monster ancestors were, well, monsters, none of that matters. I won't let his legacy define mine, and neither should you," Pigsy's words seemed to shock the river demon, as he finally began to listen to the noodle shop owner. "You're the strongest, the biggest, the bluest guy I know, but all you've ever used those muscles for is to help people in need, your friends. That doesn't sound like a monster to me." He extends his hand out to Sha Wujing, to was about to take it blow but Mo drops out from above and he drops his staff to catch Mo, who rubs and purrs against him.

He gasps as memories are brought back and he transforms back into Sandy. "Mo!" He exclaimed happily, hugging his lovable companion.

Tang, Mei, Savage and Mo all came falling down next to them. "Sandy/Meow!" The trio all exclaimed, laughing happily as their blue friend pulled them in for a hug as well.
