Summary:

When our heroes are scattered to different memories, Mei is captured by a powerful demon, and her family sword is broken!

The group were sitting by river at an abandoned village, Pigsy was washing his blue coat by the river, Mei was balancing her family's sword on her nose, Tang and the kids were going over the scroll, and MK was drawing.

Poor Pigsy was left to groan in embarrassment, over the fact that he'd acted like he had, whilst under the curse of the scroll. "Blue ain't really my color, but uh...it beats looking like that monster, Zhu Ganglie," Pigsy grumbled as he washed and wrang dry the blue robe.

"There, there honey, it's okay," Tang patted his husband's back sympathetically. "I know that wasn't you talking. And technically you're Zhu Bajie. Now that you're on the 'Journey to the West.'"

"Oh no no no, don't go comparing me to that guy!" The pig demon glared at his husband, "My name's just plain old Pigsy." His blue coat opened itself showing off his stomach. He quickly covered his stomach as his cheeks turned red.

"I can't wait to meet my ancestor, Ao Lie!" The dragon girl bounced in excitement, balancing her sword on her nose at the thought of meeting her great-grandfather. "I bet he was mega cool! Right, Tangy?"

The scholar didn't say anything as he looked the other way, fiddling with his staff. "Well, actually..."

"Oh! MK, maybe Monkey King might turn out to be your dad." She turned to MK, making her jump a bit.

MK sighed, putting her crayon down. "Mei, I get that me and Monkey King have sort of a 'father-daughter' thing going on," She emphasized her fingers, looking up from her drawing. "But he's not my dad."

"Hey, Mei. Why do you think our dad is MK's dad?" Bai-He asked, Mei was about to answer but Tang beats her to it.

"Well, Mei does have a point," Tang brought down a screen with a projection. "MK, the rest of us had mysterious inherited the powers from the ancient warriors. However, Monkey King is the original companion that we know for sure is still alive. And yet you've inherited all of his powers. So, it is possible that-" Then MK pushed the screen back up.

"Guys he's not my dad, I already have not one, but two! these guys!" She pulled Pigsy and Tang close to her, hugging them both, While the group continued to argue over who's MK's relative.

Bai-He looks up at the sky, noticing how grey it was becoming, a look of terror quickly spread on her face, with the twins following right after. "Uh, guys..?" She tried to get their attention.

"He's not my Dad, Mei!"

"Guys?"

"I'm just saying, he could be."

"Guys?"

"Now now you two, let's all-"

"Hey!!" She shouted, gaining their attention.

They all pointed up to some sort of strange light flashed across the sky, and the once idyllic scenery turned a cold turquoise in color, ink dripping down from cracks in the sky, sending shivers up the group's spine.

"The curse! It must've found us!" MK scooping up the younger trio into her arms, as the group all went back to back, in order to cover one another, weapons out.
