Chapter 51

Ry's POV

Christmas came and went and now it's a week after the new year. My mother has been packing a lot of my brothers' things that she couldn't sell or give up. Kat has been helping her while I've been watching Dam. My birthday was slowly coming around which would be February 4.

I sighed as I was now going though all my books and placing them in boxes. I picked up a book that I've been reading since I was in high school. Looking though everything that I had and noticed one book was hidden next to all my vampire ones. Picking up the book I noticed that it wasn't read. I opened the cover to see a note fall out of the book. I set the book down and opened the note. I was shocked when I saw my name at the top of the page.

Dear Crystal,

If you are reading this note, that means I'm long gone, and Kat has my baby by now. I am writing this note because I'm worried about you, mom, Kat and my son or daughter. Ry I have a safety box in Kats name and your name.

Sis, I know that you're probably blaming yourself over my death or what I did. I don't want you to blame yourself. This book is something I knew you would love; I planned on giving it to you for your birthday. I know that you have been looking for this book ever since he who shall not be named burned it in front of you in high school. I hope this book will make it to the day my child starts reading.

Ry I'm sorry for everything and I hope you found out that CC is your brother and I hope you will find love. Please make it clear to CC that my child, our mother, and Kat are family no matter what and if anyone of bvb has fallen in love with you I hope it's either Andy or Ash, even though Ash is the ladies' man. Also, I hope that Kat will find love again.

Well little sis, this is my last goodbye. I love you always.

I reached for the book and noticed that it was Shiver Kiss. This is one of the books that kept me alive in high school. I sighed and placed the book on my bed along with the note and went back to doing what I was already doing. Once that was done, I placed the box in the living room just as Ash walked in.

"Babe you shouldn't be lifting things," Ash told me.

I just shook my head and walked back into my room and sat down. I sighed as the bed dipped down and someone pulled me over to him. I looked at him and said, "I'm scared Ash. This is the first time that I'm moving out of state."

"It's going to be alright. I'll be with you and you're not going to be alone," Ash told me.

"I know. I'm just over thinking things. Ash tomorrow can you and CC let me and Kat head out for a bit?" I asked.

"Of course, but we have to go with you," said Ash.

"Okay. I guess that will have to do. Can you go make me something to eat," I asked him.

"Sure, but tonight the-"

"You can go out just don't be with anyone okay," I told him.

"Babe we're all going out tonight. Even you. So, is that okay?" Ash asked me again.

I looked down at my belly and over at him and said, "Fine, but I want something to eat and then a nap."

Ash laughed and nodded his head as he got up and left my room. I laid down and a few minutes later Ash walked back into the room and sat down with two plates of food, which was mac n cheese from the night before along with some garlic bread. I smiled and picked up the plate and started to eat when Ash said, "Ry how are you feeling and don't lie."

I looked down at my food and said, "I'm pretty good just worried about this life growing inside of me. I just hope that I can be a good mother."

Ash placed his plate down and took mine from me and said, "You'll be a great mother. I love you and you were good with Dam, and you'll be great with this child. I'm worried about being a good father."

I looked up at him and said, "You'll be a great dad as long as you keep that one side of you down."

Ash smiled and I moved over to kiss him and said, "Now I want to eat the rest of my food and take that nap I wanted to take."

Ash said nothing more and I finished eating in my room and laid down. Not too long after Ash laid down next to me and pulled me close and said, "I wonder what the little life is going to be?"

I looked at him and said, "I would love a girl. So, I could name her Selena Mae or something different."

"Well, I bet it's going to be a boy and yet I don't know what to name him," said Ash.
