Andrew's POV

I wanted to stop Mikayla from running away from the scene but I had to deal with Sarah first. I took Sarah's hand and pulled her towards the car. "Get in!!"

It was a cold, spine chilling ride. The tension was too thick and Sarah's constant sniffling wasn't making it better. "Would you shut up! You're making noise." I yelled. She jumped, frightened. I didn't like this side of me. The side I tried to bury.

A young boy was hiding in a wardrobe grinning. "I'll find you, muffin." A beautiful lady said.

She had blonde, long hair tied neatly into a low bun. Hazel eyes with depth and warmth and a heart of gold. This wasn't because of the man that once loved her. But the young bundle running around the house. A huge mansion like the Johnsons could get lonely for Adelyn, but with the young boy running around; it didn't.

She walked into a room. Her son's room and heard shifting and giggling in the wardrobe. "Oh, I wonder where my muffin is. I've been looking all over for him." She said causing the mischievous boy to giggle even more.

She walked towards the wardrobe and said, "Daniel, came to mommy." Daniel giggled in the wardrobe. "Danny!" She squealed and opened the wardrobe. Daniel ran to embrace her. "Mamma!!"

She caught his bundle and embraced him warmly. Giggles filled the room and it was a beautiful sight indeed.

"Mamma, please read me your favourite book?" The young one asked causing his mother to smile. "Of course dear." She fetched her Bible and sat on the bed with her son. "What shall you read me today, mamma?" She smiled and paged through the Holy Book and landed on Daniel.

"Mamma, look! That's my name." She kissed him on the cheek, "It sure is, Danny. Do you want me to read you this story?" She asked. "Of course mamma, I want to hear the story of this person who has my name. He must be as cool as me." She laughed. "Of course, that's why I named you after him, Daniel was a cool person in the Bible. He was smart, unique and obedient to God."

"What's 'unick', Mamma?" Daniel asked. She chuckled, "It's unique, my love. It means to be different and special." She explained. "Am I different and unick too, mamma?" Daniel asked.

She cupped his little cheek and planted a soft kiss on his nose. "The most unique in the entire world, muffin. You are destined for greatness." Daniel smiled.
"Destined? What's that, mamma?"

"To be destined means that it was written in your story for you to achieve greatness. It means that nothing will stop what's written in your story to happen. And that is pure eminence."

"Well, if I have a story, can I read it instead?" Daniel asked. "Why read it, when you get to live it?" Adelyn asked whilst picking up her son and spinning him in the air. They both giggled.

"Daniel was a dreamer. He had dreams and could interpret them in real life." Adelyn began telling his son about the man he named him after.

"Interpret them, how mamma?" Daniel inquired. "He would receive strange dreams from God and would be able to understand them. Usually they were visions of what would happen in the future. Like disasters and Daniel was able to tell the king and avoid those disasters."

"So, he had some sort of superpower?" Daniel asked, causing his mother to smile. "Even better, he had a gift from God." She answered. Adelyn got used to his son's inquisition and found it interesting. She spent all her days playing, running around and reading the Bible with Daniel, along with taking care of her other pumpkin.

"The best thing about Daniel was his obedience and commitment to God. You see Danny, there was a time when the king got tricked and issued out a rule. The rule was for everyone to worship him and those who failed to do so would be thrown in a pit of lions. Daniel loved God and never stopped praying to Him. Remember Danny, worshipping other gods is against the what?" she asked her son.
