** Dannie's pov **
"Come on Lando!" I turned my head back to look back at the man that was trailing behind me significantly, "I don't want you to get lost!" I yelled back at Lando.
There was nothing that scared me more than being completely by myself in a crowded Japanese shopping center. Me and Lando had been out shopping for about two hours already, and the driver wanted to find some place that had something he would eat. Lucky for him there was just the spot that I had been too in the past. Unfortunately for him it was still another five or ten minutes to get there. Especially in this crowd.
Lando was quick to catch up to me after I stopped, interlacing our fingers together, "Stop it, my hands are sweaty!" I whispered loudly while trying to desperately get my hands out of his hold.
It was true. For the last twenty minutes my hands had been a complete sweaty mess. Being Japan in late September it was somewhat warm but nowhere near enough to make me sweat this hard. The real reason that was sitting in the back of my head: showing Lando around Japan was dangerously close to showing him around Korea.
Even though I grew up and was raised in England, South Korea was my homeland. The place that I was born, and more importantly my culture.
"Why do you not want me to hold your hand? Are you embarrassed of me or something?" his tone was joking but I could tell that there was some ounce of truth due to the stairs we were getting from some of the elders.
My hair started swishing in the wind as I shook my head, "No, no, of course not. I'm just really hot right now." a small smile still on my lips.
The answer seemed to satisfy the man because he let go and instead wrapped his arm around my waist lightly. His eyes glanced around the area that we were and started to furrow his brow, "Are you taking me somewhere to kill me? Why are we in an alleyway Dan?" Lando questioned out loud.
Letting out a small laugh, "If I was going to kill you it would have happened so long ago." his eyes shot towards mine, "No, but seriously, some of the best restaurants are in these alleyways. This one specifically is going to be your safe place." I spoke with a knowing smirk.
"Alright, I trust you." his voice trailed off slowly.
After a few more minutes of walking I pulled him to a stop in front of a little hole in the wall place. I had been here multiple times throughout my travels to this area and I was never disappointed.
"Is that-?".
"Yep.".
There it was, floating around in the wind suspended from the top corner of the door. The Union Jack. Lando's grip around my waist tightened significantly. "You brought me to an English place in the middle of Japan." he whispered.
