CHAPTER 8

So I'm going to have to interrupt y'all for a brief second.

Please I know y'all don't like to comment but I neeeed your help/Opinion :

How would you feel if I gave Aries a touch of the whole Wattpad mafia king story line?

My imagination is going wild with scenarios of a larger than life image for him and I know that would do it..

Please comment your opinion, I really need it...

Finally the day Sephora long awaited arrived,  everyone seemed insanely busy with getting everything done in the office, she watched as they scurried about, papers flying back and forth, people bumping into each other as though hell had been rained on them.

She didn't like seeing them all worked up because they had earned the right to breath just this once which brought about the next words she spoke.

    "Hello Everyone"
She greeted, adjusting the mic they had clipped on her shirt.

She was thankful for her building structure because they were rather useful especially in moments such as this when she would stand with the aim of addressing everyone once and for all.

      "Hello Miss Davids"
They replied in mass chorus, faces bright and filled with admiration, smiles gracing their faces as though they were happy to hear from her.

Quite honestly she was just a tear drop away from wailing because of all the emotions she had going on but she knew better than to do that.

     "It's been the longest and hardest year of our existence as an organisation"
She began, watching as they nodded in agreement, some even murmuring their agreements with a subtle yes.

     "Words fail me"
She stopped, raising her head to hold back the tears.

    "Not now Cia, not now.. "
She found herself murmuring.

    "From the media constantly shoving themselves down our throats, to us winning the face of giant coperations, to winning the biggest partnership in the history of partnerships"
She stopped and laughed when she heard the whopping and whistling that emanated from the crowd.

     "I want to say a big thank you to all of you"
She smiled gratefully when they nodded and clapped.

     "I've seen a lot of you flip the paps off when they ask you questions about me or even the company, I've seen others basically run from them, I see all you do and it's in that spirit that I announce this to you"
She stopped, watching as the anticipation and curiosity filled the air, most of them asking each other what it was while some simply shrugged in ignorance.

       "As we venture towards the Chrismas holidays, all vacations will be sponsored by the company, instant increase in your allowances from this moment till the holidays and a general picnic day next Saturday "
She stopped when she could no longer hear herself because they were screaming so loud the walls were literally shaking.

      "Enjoy the rest of your day"
With that she left through her personal elevator and went into the car with Martha climbing in beside her.

     "For someone who just lit a whole room with happiness you look rather unhappy"
Martha commented, crossing her seat belt before turning to Sephora who stared ahead.

     "Because I have a bad feeling"
She replied,shaking her head as though it would all go away yet it didn't.

     "Okay, we'll take the rest of the evening as we see it then "
Martha advised, shrugging as she spoke before placing her soft plan on Sephora, rubbing slowly in the quest of comfortimg her.
