The celebration party

The sun shines down upon the White House, and inside Christina shows the President a newspaper article that reads, 'Robotnik Base Destroyed, Citizens Cheer Great Victory'. Christina: "This is great news, Mr. President, and it couldn't have come at a better time, now you're sure to be reelected." Micheal K: "I wouldn't be too sure about that." Christina: "Huh?" Micheal K: "I'm not the real hero of the story, look closer." Christina does so and notices several articles labeling Sonic and his friends as heroes. Christina: "Oh I see, are you worried the Mobians will be running the country?" Micheal K: "Not really, as they don't seemed to be old enough to be candidates, still there's no denying that the public is giving these Mobians very positive reception, especially since they helped us defeat Robotnik." Christina: "That's true, so what can we do? Micheal K: "Given that they helped defeat Robotnik, I believe the public should know more about them to establish better public relations." Christina: "Yes, and we could host a black tie event in celebration of the victory." Micheal K: "I assume you'll have these Mobians interviewed by the press?" Christina: "That's the best part, they'll be the guests of honor, we'll invite the media and get interviews, and they'll understand everything." At the Thorndyke mansion, Tails was holding Cream while flying up in the air and to clean the upstairs windows on the outside. Cream: "There we go." Tails: "All cleaned up." that was when the pair sees the mail van pull up and they wait for the van to drive away before collecting the mail. Cream: "I wonder if Mr Chris got anything." Tails: "Yeah..." On their way back, Cream looks over the mail. Cream: "Let's see, bill, bill, letter to the Mobians from the president... wait, what?!" she looks at the last one in surprise. Tails: "No way!" Cream: "We got to tell the others!" the little rabbit girl and two tailed fox ran off to Chuck's lab to find the other Mobians in order to tell them the news. Cream: "Everyone!, you're not gonna believe this!" Cheese: "Chao?" Knuckles: "What is it?" Cream: "A letter from Mr President!" Chuck: "Who's it for?" Cream: "It's for us!" Chuck: "May I take a look?" Cream: "Sure." as soon as Chuck opened the letter, the Mobians went to look at what it said. Letter: 'Dear Mobians, we cordially invite you to a black-tie charity ball, you may bring as many friends as you see fit and a limo will be provided to pick you up, the event starts this Thursday at 1:00 pm, keep in mind that each of you will be interviewed to establish public relations.' Chuck: "Hmm... sounds interesting, I say we dust off the party duds and make it a day." Sonic: "Oh, boy, dressing up fancy isn't my thing." Amy: "Though, I bet there's going to be such good food there." Knuckles: "But uh... none of us have anything to wear at the party." Chuck: "I believe Ella, Mr Tanaka and I can help." Later, the Mobians, and the humans of the Thorndyke Mansion are at the mall looking for new clothes. Other humans at the mall look at the Mobians very strangely. Knuckles: "What are they looking at?" Tails: "They're looking at us, can't blame them though as we're not from this world." Most of the clothes are too big for the Mobians. Amy: "I feel as though I'm swimming in this dress." Cream: "I can't see!" called out the little rabbit girl, due to having a dress covering her head. Ella: "This is not going well..." Mr Tanaka: "Sonic, Tails and Knuckles didn't seemed had this much trouble before, of course that was because the only clothes they needed were new shoes." Amy: "Well female Mobians like me and Cream and her mom needed more clothing than the males do." Knuckles: "But it looks like the clothes here are too big, where would we find clothes to fit us?" Chuck: "We could try the kids' section, you kids are about that size." some of the older Mobians aren't pleased with this, but they know that Chuck was right. Soon, they went into the kids' section, and Amy steps out of the changing room in a red formal dress. Amy: "I think this is a good fit, what do you think?" Sonic: "That's a kids' dress?" Amy: "I know right?, it was really weird, especially since I saw three more dresses of the same style in different colors." that was when Cream steps out in a smaller pink dress. Cream: "I think it's pretty." Tails could not help but blush at the sight of Cream in the dress. Chuck: "Hmm... I wonder..." Ella: "Wonder what?" Chuck: "I wonder if G.U.N. and the President have something to do with these outfits." said the old man, as he was looking at the store's clerk, who's really a G.U.N. soldier in disguise. Mr Tanaka: "It's a possibility." soon, Sonic, Tails and Knuckles went into the man's changing room, before coming out while wearing simple tuxedo tops. Knuckles: "Ugh... This is not a kind of outfit I would go in..." Tails: "Relax Knuckles, we're only gonna be wearing them for the party, right Chris?... uh... Chris?" Sonic: "Hey... where's Chris?" asked Sonic, as he and the others noticed that Chris was nowhere in sight. Ella: "Oh my gosh!, we lost Chris!" Cream: "Oh no!" Sonic: "I'll go look for him." said Sonic, before he runs off to find Chris. Speaking of which, Chris was walking through the mall, without any idea where he was or where the others were either. Suddenly, Chris hears the sound of a girl screaming for help, and the boy turns around to see a blond haired girl around his age in a wheel chair rolling down a wheelchair stairs ramp. Her name was Helen (voiced by Amy Birnbaum), and she was rolling down really fast as the brakes in her wheelchair were not working. Helen: "Someone help!, I can't stop!" cried out Helen, before Chris runs in front of her and catches her and the wheelchair to slow them down just in the nick of time. Chris: "Are you okay?" Helen: "Uh... yeah... I'm okay... thank you for saving me." Chris: "You're welcome, my name is Chris by the way, pleased to meet ya." Helen: "My name's Helen, nice to meet you too." said Helen, before Sonic came to the scene. Sonic: "There you are Chris, I was worried about ya." Chris: "Hi Sonic, didn't mean to get lost, oh uh, this is Helen here, and Helen, this is Sonic." Helen: "Wow, you're the one who helped the G.U.N. defeat Dr Robotnik not too long ago." Sonic: "It was no big deal, I was just trying to stop that rotten Eggman from causing trouble." Helen: "Eggman?" Sonic: "That's what I call Robotnik, as he's really a rotten egg." Helen: "Yeah, I can see that." Sonic: "Come on Chris, we need to get back to the others and be ready for the party." Helen: "Party?" Chris: "Yeah, we're invited to a black tie party at the White House." Helen: "Wow... that's amazing, I wish I could go..." Sonic: "Well then you should come with us." Helen: "You wouldn't mind?" Sonic: "Of course not." Chris: "I like the idea." said Chris, before Sonic takes Chris and Helen to the others, who gets to meet the girl in the wheelchair and were happy to have her join them to the upcoming party. when the day of the president's party finally came, the limo for the party arrives. Chris: "Ah, that's our ride, is everyone ready?" All: "Ready!" The limo arrives at the White House. Party poppers go off in celebration for their arrival. Amy step out first, followed by Knuckles and Cream and then Vanilla, who wears a party dress similar to Amy's, but in her own size and colors of her normal outfit. Photographers were taking pictures of the Mobians in amazement. Sonic and Tails were the last ones to come out as Christina emerges from the crowd. Christina: "Ah, Sonic, glad to see you and your family made it, welcome to our celebration." Chris, Helen, Chuck, Ella and the Mobians entered the White house and are greeted by the president. Micheal K: "Welcome everyone, nice to see you all again, and this time on a much more peaceful terms." After the Mobians have eaten, interview begin, starting with the red echidna, along with Sonic and Tails. Knuckles: "So what do you want to know?" Scarlett: "Please state your name, age and species." Sonic: "I'm Sonic the Hedgehog, I'm 15 years old and I'm a Mobian hedgehog." Tails: "My name is Miles Prower, but you can call me Tails, I'm 8 years old, and I'm a fox." Knuckles: "And I'm Knuckles, I'm 16, and I'm an echidna." The reporters with Scarlett write down his response. Scarlett: "You demonstrated incredible strength, is that common with Mobians?" Knuckles: "To be honest, I don't know as I've spent most of my life alone on my old home, Angel island with my sister, Amy Rose, before I met Sonic and the others." Scarlett: "And what made you leave your home?" Knuckles: "Well... it all started when Dr Robotnik stole the Master emerald..." the red echidna explained how he and Amy tried to find the Master emerald before Chaos Control happened and sent them and the other Mobians to Earth. after writing that down, Scarlett and the interviewers went to the pink hedgehog. Scarlett: "You must be Amy, right?" Amy: "Yes, Amy Rose, I'm 12 and a hedgehog." The reporters write down her answer. Scarlett: "Eye witnesses have seen you battle Eggman's robots with what looks like a large toy hammer." Amy: "My Piko Piko Hammer is NOT a toy, each hammer face ALONE weighs twice as much as I do." The reporters write this down. Scarlett: "How are you able to lift such weight?" Amy: "I take boxercise every single day." The reporters write down her response with fascination. Amy: "Oh and as for where it comes from or where it goes during or after a battle, it's sort of a magical ability I was born with, kind of like how Sonic was born with his speed or Tails with his namesakes." Scarlett: "And Knuckles said you and he are siblings, yet you're a hedgehog and he is an echidna." Amy: "Well our father was an echidna while our mother was a hedgehog." the reporters wrote that down, before they and Scarlett went to the last two Mobian, which was Cream the Rabbit and her pet Chao and Vanilla the Rabbit. Scarlett: "And what's your name and age little one?" Cream: "My name's Cream the Rabbit, I'm 6 years old, and this is Cheese, my pet Chao." Cheese: "Chao, Chao." Vanilla: "And my name is Vanilla the Rabbit, I'm 26 years old and I'm Cream's mother." said Cream, Cheese and Vanilla, while The reporters write down what the Mobians said. Scarlett: "I believe we've gathered enough data on you guys." Cream: "I'm glad we could help." After the Mobians returned to the Thorndyke Mansion, Sonic and Tails were stargazing. Sonic: "Not a bad week if I do say so myself." Tails: "You're not wrong." Sonic: "Still, even if things are going positively for the time being, I don't want to let my guard down." Tails: "Right, Eggman's probably already ten steps ahead of us." Sonic: "So, even if we are getting accepted by the humans gradually, we still need to be careful and have our friends by our side." said the blue hedgehog, as he and his little brother figure looked up at the moon.
