Kitty love is in the air

It was close to evening when Madame's animal companions were still on their search for the thief, but still no luck. Oliver couldn't help but noticed that Marie was now closer to him than before, ever since after their encounter with Kaa earlier. Oliver: "Hey Marie, you don't really need to be so close to me, the snake's gone." Marie: "I know... but I really like spending time with you." Oliver: "I like being with you too, but shouldn't we be looking for the jewel thief?" Marie: "Yeah... you're right." Oliver: "Um... I hope you don't me asking... but I couldn't stop thinking about what you mean that Mr O'Malley being your new dad, what did you mean by that?" Marie: "Well, my first dad passed away some time ago, and O'Malley was an alley cat before he met momma." Oliver: "Really?, he used to live on the streets too?" Marie: "What do you mean?" Oliver: "Well, back in New York, I used to live on the streets too, before Jenny found me in a car, and I used to be a member of Dodger's gang." Marie: "Dodger?" Oliver: "Yeah, he's a dog, but a cool one, he taught me how to survive on the streets, including the song I sang to you earlier... he was kind of like a dad to me... like how Mr O'Malley is to you." Marie: "Sounds like we both have something in common." Oliver: "Yeah." Marie: "Say Oliver, did you know that when O'Malley and momma met, he said that her eyes were like sapphires that dazzle." Oliver: "Really?, huh, I guess they do in a way." Marie: "Oliver... do I have sapphire eyes that dazzle too?" asked the white kitten, which made Oliver a little nervous as he gulped a little, he wasn't sure what to say. Oliver: "Uh... yeah I guess so." Marie: "Oh Oliver~." cooed the white kitten, before kissing the orange kitten on the cheek, much to his surprise. Unaware for both of the kittens, Jokey & Jokeo were watching them. Jokeo: "How do you like that?, love is in the air it seems." Jokey: "Really?, I don't smell anything... except the cheese I ate a moment ago." Jokeo: "Dude... you're gonna ruin the moment." Jokey: "Sorry..." a few moments later, Oliver and Marie were watching the sun setting, which was making the sea look more beautiful than before. A group of dolphins were jumping out and back into the water as the cruise ship continues to sail. Once it was feeding time again, Marie & Oliver were on their own table, and having spaghetti for supper. Once they had a noodle, they were unaware that they had the same noodle, causing them to kiss each other by mistake, which made both of them to blush a little. The sight of the romantic moment between Oliver and their sister, made both Berlioz and Toulouse to have a look of disgust on their faces. Sometime later, when the moon was out, Marie decided to ask Oliver something. Marie: "Oliver?, do you think... that you could come live with me and my family?" Oliver: "Thank Marie... but I can't, I got a family already out of Jenny... and I can never leave her." Marie: "Yeah... just like how I can't leave Madame either..." Oliver: "So I guess... once the cruise is over... we'll be on our separate ways..." Marie: "Yeah..." said the kittens sadly, unaware that Duchess and O'Malley heard them. Duchess: "Oh... poor Marie... she has found someone to love, only to get heart broken once this cruise is over..." O'Malley: "Yeah... they live in totally different places, like having a whole sea between them..." that was when Tommy and Gidget came over, and couldn't help but feel sorry for the kittens. Tommy: "Isn't there anything we can do?" Gidget: "I'm not really sure... it'll probably take a miracle." said Gidget, as she and the others watch the two kittens sadly.
