I'm pulled out of my sweet sleep and I roll onto my back, opening my eyes. I take a deep breath and notice Theo's scent is weak. I reach over to the other side of the bed and feel for him, but my hand is met with cold sheets. I sigh and close my eyes again. This is the first time that I've woken up alone. I wonder where he is. I roll out of bed, and tie my hair up. First stop, shower. Second stop breakfast.

I step into the bathroom. It really isn't too different to Henry's, just decorated slightly different. The differences in their personalities really show. I turn the shower on and start undressing, and step under the hot water. I relax and let the water run over my body for a couple of minutes. This is my favourite time of the day. It's peaceful. It's relaxing. It's perfect. I start washing my body, using Theo's body wash. Aria and I bought some for me yesterday, but they're with the rest of my things. Where they are, I have no idea. I need my own space, my own room. I can't keep switching rooms like I have been. They can come to me. I pull myself out of my thoughts and start rinsing my body off.

I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body, drying myself off. As I open the door to the bedroom, I'm hit with the smell of food, followed by Theo's scent.

"I brought you breakfast, Darling." He said, grinning. He was sat on the bed, holding a tray of food.

"Theo, you didn't have to." I say, the towel still wrapped around me. "Do you mind getting me some clothes? I'm not sure where my bags are." He nodded, and came over and kissed me on top of my head.

"Of course, Darling. They're in the living room. Tuck in, I won't be long." He said, heading for the door. I sit down on the bed, and pull the tray into my lap. The pancakes look and smell delicious. I take my first bite and stifle a moan. Whoever cooked these is a really good cook. After a couple of minutes, Theo came back in holding my bags. I smile and shove another bite of pancakes into my mouth.

"Here you go." He said, placing them at the foot of the bed. "Henry and Oliver are in a meeting with the Elders this morning, but I was thinking of going for a run if you want to go with me? We can go to the forest, nobody should be around. Everyone should either be training, in work or in school. So you won't have to worry about anyone finding out you're a white wolf."

"Thank you, Theo, and thank you for the pancakes, they're absolutely delicious. I'd love to go for a run. Odette is absolutely itching to get out." I say with a chuckle. "Is there any chance I could get my own room, or my own space? I need somewhere to put my clothes and get dressed."

"There's a spare room next door that's meant for you. There's an en-suite and a walk in closet with a dressing room. Oliver was meant to tell you, but he obviously hasn't" He said. Great, another thing to add to the growing list. I set the tray beside me, and get off the bed, holding the towel to my body.

"I'll go get dressed. When do you want to go for the run?" I ask, moving towards the bags, picking out some underwear, a pair of workout leggings, a sports bra and a hoodie.

"We can go as soon as you're ready, Darling." He smiled. I nod and head to the bathroom to get changed. I slip my clothes on, hanging the towel up to dry and brush my teeth with a spare toothbrush. I give myself a once over in the mirror before stepping out.

"I'm ready to go." I say as I slip my trainers on. Theo opened the bedroom door for me, and I stepped out, following him down the hallway and through the rest of the house. I still can't take in just how beautiful the house is. It's stunning. We get outside and start following a pathway to the treeline.

"We'll get just behind the trees and then shift. Apollo can't wait to meet Odette." He said with a chuckle. We reach the treeline, and Theo disappears behind a tree to undress and shift, and I do the same. Odette has been running circles in my head since a run was mentioned, she's been giving me a headache. I strip my clothes, and let Odette come forward. The sound of bones snapping and reshaping echo between the trees, and my paws hit the floor. I shake out and step out from behind the trees. My eyes meet Theo's. His wolf is beautiful. It's pitch black. I wag my tail an trot over to greet him. He licks my muzzle and then rests his head on my head. It's comforting. I move away from him, and nip his ear before taking off further into the trees. I hear a growl and the sound of thundering paws chasing after me. Goddess knows an Alpha likes the chase.

We run, chasing each other for a while, until I'm suddenly tackled to the ground. I immediately recognise the tell tale smell of a rogue. I growl and recover, getting to my feet. I bare my teeth at the rogue as we circle each other. I can hear Theo's footsteps towards us, but the rogue makes the first move, lunging for my throat. I block the attack, my claws scraping at his shoulder. He yelps and takes his stance, before launching another attack. He ends up on top and I bend my legs, trying to push him off me, my claws digging into his stomach. He gets distracted and I go for his throat, but he's pushed off of me. I notice the dark black wolf and the wave of relief washes over me. It was Theo. He quickly got the upper hand, and knocked the rogue unconscious. Suddenly, there was the sound of more paws thudding on the ground, and the rogue was dragged off by who I presume are pack warriors, since Theo didn't react to their presence. He kept me out of their line of vision, by standing in front of me. It was reassuring, I know they hadn't seen me, or at least my colouring.

Once the warriors disappeared, he nudged me and started walking back in the direction we came. I followed him, and we were soon back at the trees we changed at. I disappeared behind the tree and shifted back, and slipped my clothes back on. I stepped out from behind the tree and Theo wrapped his arms around me.

"Are you okay, Darling? Are you hurt?" He asked, burying his face in my neck.

"I'm fine Theo, there's not a scratch on me. Thank you for stepping in, but I did have the upper hand." I whisper. "He opened up, and I was going for his throat when you jumped him."

Theo chuckled, his chest rumbling. "I know, Darling you're quite the fighter, but I wanted him alive. He's being taken to the dungeon to be questioned. Let's head back." He said, pulling away from the hug. I reach for his hand and lace my fingers in between his. He smiled as the gesture and we start heading back.

"I want you and Henry to mark me tonight." I say and Theo stops.

"Are you sure, Darling?" He asked, turning to face me, and I nodded.

"I'm sure, Theo. I want you both to mark me. I noticed that I can't mindlink Oliver. I'm guessing I won't be able to until I bear all three of your marks. We need to be able to communicate, and I'm ready to make the next step." I say and Theo grinned. He wrapped his arm around me and we continued on our way back to the house. He opened the front door for me, and I'm immediately pulled into a hug by Henry.

"Sweetheart, are you okay? Are you hurt?" He asked and I roll my eyes.

"Henry, I'm fine. There's not a scratch on me." I said, wrapping my arms around him to try and calm him and his wolf down.

"Our mate is quite the fighter." Theo chuckled.

"Come on." Henry said, ushering us further inside the house. We head to the kitchen and I sit down at the table.

"Henry, I want you and Theo to mark me tonight." I say, looking over at him. I make eye contact with him, to see happiness dancing in his eyes.

"Are you sure, sweetheart? We don't want to rush you or-" He starts rambling, but I cut him off.

"Henry, I'm sure. I'm ready to make the step." I say, giving him a small smile. "I want this." He nods and returns the smile.

"As long as you're sure, sweetheart." He said softly, making his way over to me, placing a soft kiss on my head. He sat down next to me and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. I pull my chair in closer to his and rest my head against his shoulder. I don't think I've ever felt this comfortable. At peace. Just their presence is enough to calm and soothe Odette and I.

"How does chicken wraps for lunch sound?" Theo asks, turning to look at us.

"Sounds good to me." I say, and Henry nods in agreement. "Where's Oliver?"

"He's in the prison, questioning the rogue, Darling." Theo said, pulling out the ingredients for the wraps. He starts prepping everything, and then places three plates on the table. I pull mine closer to me.

"Thank you." I say, tucking into my lunch. I can't hide my excitement, knowing that they're going to mark me tonight.
