I keep wondering when I'll find my person
The person who'll be mine for life
The person who'll be there through thick or thin
The person who'll be my home
I keep wondering, I keep looking
For I want the love we hear of in fairytales
The love I see my best friends enjoying
The pure love I only hear stories off
When will I find my person?
When can I feel like I finally belong with someone?
When can I feel like someone's world?
When can I feel all these emotions?
When will I get my love story?
When will I find my person?
It's a childish desire but I desire him strongly.
The man who would love me forever
The man who would be by my side forever
The man who would choose me every time
The man to whom I'd never be second best
The man who'd always pick me first
The man who'd be mine
The man who I can pledge to without heartbreak
The man who'll only be mine
I hope I find him one day
I hope I find him in this dark world
I hope I find him, and he graces my life with light
I hope I can finally experience the love I hear so much about
I hope and I wish for this world has never been lonelier
