The next day I went straight to first period as Harry walked me to class. It was nice having someone to talk to and walk with you. I wondered if he would be there to take me to second. I smiled thinking about it as I went to my lab table next to...no one. Where's Logan?
"Hey Cynthia?" I turned around to the table behind me. "Where's Logan?"
"He's suspended for the rest of the semester," she smirked.
"Why? What happened?" I panicked as the girl pushed her glasses back up her nose.
"I think you know what happened, Callie," she smirked and then our teacher began the lesson.
Did what happened between Harry and him cost him this? Oh my god! Who told?! Was Harry going to get in trouble too?! Was I going to?! Oh god no, this cannot be happening right now. What's going to happen if Harry get's suspended with him? Harry would get so mad. He'd probably blame me too. Well, it is my fault. He would have every right to blame me. Then that would be the end of us. I can't imagine having such an amazing day yesterday and it turning to shit. Complete shit. And only because of my stupid mistake earlier that day.
"HARRY STYLES, CALLIE STEELE, AND KRISTEN VARGAS TO THE PRINCIPLES OFFICE," a voice sounded through the loud speaker.
"Shit," I sighed under my breath. The class' eyes all turned to me and I slung my book bag over my shoulder and shamefully headed for the principle's office. Thankfully, I saw Harry walking down the hallway just ahead of me. "Harry!"
He turned and smiled at me, waiting for me to catch up to him. So I jogged a little forward and held his wrist.
"What's happening?" I panicked.
"Nothings wrong. You aren't going to get in trouble, Callie. If anyone is it's going to be me," he pulled me into him and slung an arm around my shoulder, giving me a kiss on my hairline.
"Harry..." I mumbled stopping and giving him a hug. His arms wrapped around me and I held him close not wanting to ever be separated from him. "Please don't hate me. This is all my fault," I rambled. "If I wouldn't have been so stupid yesterday then none of this would be happening. I'm so sorry!" I almost began crying. Harry pulled back and held my face in his hands.
"Hey, you need to stop worrying. Nothing is going to happen. And I don't hate you! I could never hate you, Callie. And it's not your fault, it's mine," he gave me a sweet kiss and then began walking off with my arm in his hand, as usual.
As soon as we made it down the main hallway and to the front office, we knocked on Principal Shubert's office. "COME IN."
We both walked in, Harry more confident than me. I sat down timidly next to Kristen in the chairs facing our Principal. I prepared myself for the worst. I knew for sure Harry would never be able to forgive me if something as bad as him getting suspended his last semester of high school, especially after he's stuck with it all these years. It must have been tough for him.
"Now, it's come to my attention that you three were involved in the fight yesterday afternoon," his southern drawl gave a little bit of comfort to me. "Would you like to explain yourselves?"
"It's my fault," Harry explained and I found myself wanting to stick up for him.
"No! No, it's not!" I shot in, surprising everyone in the room. "I, ugh, I caused the fight. Harry was only sticking up for me."
"Is that right Mr. Styles?" Dr. Shubert asked.
"Yes sir," Harry nodded timidly.
"And what do you have to say about it Ms. Vargas?" Dr. Shubert looked at Kristen.
