This was because Love was much bigger and fiercer than most dogs.

Two years ago, when she visited the Yu Ting Villa, she had even been bitten by love.

At the time, Lisa had nearly beaten Love to death. As she did not wish for the dog to lose it's life, she had asked Lisa to let it off.

She took in Love's ferocious gaze and saw that even his fur was standing up in wariness. She felt that love still remembered her.

He likely knew that she was the person who caused him to suffer a violent beating from his owner two years ago.

"The meeting between enemies only serves to anger both parties." Jennie waved her hand. "Handsome dog, it's been a long time. Your head has grown bigger.

At the time, love was only six months old. At this moment, he was more than two years old.

"Uu..." Love continued to make warning noises. It seemed as though he would jump over the fence anytime to bite her.

"Although there has been a conflict between the two of us and I caused you to suffer a beating, didn't you also take a bite out of me?" She smiled. "Shall we take it that we both don't owe each other anything?"

In fact, this dog was quite intelligent and did not carelessly attack people. Lisa was really very fond of him.

A year ago, before she had been reborn, she had come to the Yu Ting Villa to speak up for the Kim family to Lisa.

Lida had pointed at her and made a few gestures at Love. He also forcefully embraced her.

He felt that at the time, Lisa had been communicating to this dog that she belonged to him.

At the time, she had immediately pushed Lisa aside and drawn the dog's ire. However, she still was not bitten.

It was only much later, when she foolishly took Lisa's money and met Kai in the Yu Ting Villa's yard. At the time, she treated Kai like her god. The love and admiration in her expression could not be concealed.

She had lost her footing and fell towards Kai.

This dog must have assumed that she was letting it's owner down. It appeared out of nowhere and bit her viciously.

This enormous dog had bitten down on her wrist and forcefully tugged her away from Kai.

Lisa had immediately wanted to care for her wound. However, at the time, she was really repelled by him and refused to let him touch her.

She only waited for the doctor to come to clean her wounds.

In fact, now that she thought about it, she felt that Love wasn't in the wrong. Who asked her to be foolish enough to fall for the wrong man?

The Yu Ting Villa was extremely big and love had its own caretakers.

Perhaps Lisa knew that she was afraid of it. Ever since she'd been living in the Yu Ting Villa, Love was kept behind the fences.

Thankfully, even the space behind the fence was quite big. It wasn't especially stifling to stay within it, was it?

Love narrowed his eyes to scan Jennie. He approached her side and sniffed her through the fences. Perhaps it was because he found Lisa's scent on her figure, but the warning noises emitting from his throat ceased.

Jennie recalled his previous bite and felt her wrist ache. Thankfully, the doctor that Lisa had found at the time was extremely skilled. The wound did not leave any scars behind. "Here, I brought you some food."

She was troubled over how to push the bucket of food into the fences when a male servant approached her. "Miss Kim, please take the food back. Without Young Master's order, the dog won't eat anything given by anyone else."

Jennie knew that this servant was responsible for caring for Love. "How about if you gave it to Love?"

"It will only eat the food it recognises during meal times."

"That can't be?" These dishes were considered delicacies.

"I'll give it a try for you." The servant pushed open the gate and placed the bucket of food inside the fence.

Indeed. Love only gave a sniff before it turned and left.

"..." Jennie stated at the opened gates with wide eyes. "The dog won't escape?"

"Young Master has instructed it to remain within this territory temporarily. It won't leave without permission."
