"That's true. Lisa's talents are publicly acknowledged." However, Tzuyu remained worried. "But there's only two days left. Can you outperform Krystal?"
"I'll do my best." Jennie wanted to say that there was no way she would lose.
This was because she already knew the questions that would come, thanks to her memories from her past life.
However, there was still the need for some privacy between friends. In order to prevent anyone from suspecting her, she decided to keep some information to herself.
Tzuyu nagged her for a little while longer before ending the call.
That night, Jennie returned to the Yu Ting Villa. The moment she stepped in, she asked the maid. "Has Lisa returned?"
"Young Master is in the study room," the maid responded respectfully.
When Jennie heard this, she immediately headed to the second storey and entered the study room.
Lisa sat behind a large office desk dressed in a suit. His posture was upright and his hair was short. His features appeared especially serious as he held a pen to write quickly on the documents in front of him. His aura was naturally dominating and powerful.
It was as though he was an emperor from ancient times and was looking through papers that could determine people's life and death.
She stood by his side and silently took in the way he worked. He was cool and graceful, truly a very charming man.
She sighed.
No matter from which angle, he appeared as noble as a god. He was truly handsome in every way!
Lisa put his fountain pen down as he shifted his gaze onto her. "Come here."
She obediently did so.
He urged her to sit on his lap as a hint of concern appeared on his face. "Why did you sigh?"
"I was just amazed by how handsome you are." She took in his handsome features from a close distance. The more she looked at him, the more attractive she found him.
When he heard this, a hint of a smile appeared on his lips. He tapped her nose. "Flatterer."
"I'm just speaking the truth."
He opened a document on his laptop in a good mood. "Do you understand these?"
She turned to look at the document and scrolled through it. It was a summary of all of the content from her Year 2 classes. "Lisa, did you organise this yourself?"
He nodded slightly. "Previously, you set up a gamble with your sister. Your exams are in two days. I'll help you to revise."
She was deeply moved.
Lisa was truly a good man. There was no one like him.
"My exams are in two days... there isn't enough time." She intentionally put on a troubled expression. "What if I lose? I'll have to call Krystal 'Grandmother' in front of you. I'll lose face in front of everyone."
"I won't let you lose. In the off chance that you don't perform well, I'll make sure the teachers give Krystal a poorer grade than yours."
"My second sister isn't stupid. She'll definitely be wary of this."
"Easy." A hint of ruthlessness flashed past Lisa's eyes. "I'll just have to make her disappear."
"No." She shook her head.
She had seen the Jing Hua University's forum. Everyone was discussing her battle with Krystal and nearly everyone was waiting to watch her lose.
They were waiting to laugh at her.
It wasn't that she couldn't bear for Krystal to die. However, if she died now, everyone would easily guess that this was related to Lisa.
She did not wish for him to ruin his reputation for her.
"Believe me, I'll definitely win." She leaned her head against his shoulder.
Lisa did not actually believe she would win. This was because her performance ever since she was young... had always been poor.
Logically speaking, it was impossible for her to outperform Krystal.
