I was summoned to a court hearing about smg4 and Mario was the defense for smg4 while the prosecutor was waluigi as the court got in session waluigi said that smg4  killed a goomba "oh so that's the reason" I mumbled to myself  mario interjected that he's seen a lot of goombas die but walugi brought up the fact the goomba wasn't part of bowsers army Mario just threw a rock at waluigi the judge scolded mario "Sexy ladies and old men! Does this man look like a serial killer?! Tell you the sad truth. He can't take a piss without assistance." Mario said to the court "HEY, WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN!"smg4 said

After a short disscusion

They brought in the first witness a purple teletubbie but before it could say two sentences  Mario inturupted after it tried to continue eggman inturupted him and explained his story he said smg4 thretend the goomba before firing a rocket launcher but the judge got eggman saying the body was stomped and not burnt dr eggman just ran out the court "Oh for gods' sakes do we have any NORMAL witnesses??" The judge asked
"Ha! There is no one to help the defense!" Walugi laughed but wario then took the stand and wario just did movements explaining what happened wario was just kicked far away from the courtroom before the judge was close to saying smg4's sentence before a koopa came in and explained that smg4 jumped over the goomba but waluigi objected saying smg4 was to fat to jump that high Mario interjected saying he had the fattest ass but the koopa didn't explain who killed the goomba a few minutes later they had video evidence and there looked to be a silouhete of what looked like Steve after a ten minute recess Steve came through the roof then Mario had a big brain moment and connected that the smudge on the camera was Steve but waluigi objected saying Steve had nothing to do with this after Mario asked Steve what he did yesterday he started explaining  and smg4 was found not guilty making waluigi Burst out in anger
