ARINA'S POV:

In a dimmly lit room ,I stirred from my sleep, panicking by the unfamiliar surroundings. My eye fluttered open finding myshelf enveloped in the strong, possessive grip of a man aroung my waist whose face I couldn't quite make out in the darkness. Panic surged through me as I struggled to remember how I ended up here.

Then all the memories of last night flooded back , I clamned down at thought of knowing I was sleeping with any stranger  , I could hear all the hushed whispers of all the maids, they all sound tensed hah! they maybe thinking I am already dead .

I tried waking up but his arms wound tightly around my waist like a rope.

"Let me go," I demanded, my voice barely above a whisper, betraying the fear coursing through me.

He only tightens his hold his little contact on my skin send shivers down my spine "Why so early wife?"

Wife sounds so foriegn especially comming from his mouth.

I tried to extricate myself from his embrace, but his arms only tightened around me, trapping me against his chest. "I have things to do, Leonardo," I protested, my voice tinged with frustration.

But he remained unmoved, his grip unyielding as he buried his face in the crook of my neck, breathing in my scent as if trying to memorize every inch of me. "Not yet," he murmured, his lips brushing against my skin in a possessive caress .

I sighed in defeat because Leonardo is a type of a man who is accustomed to getting what he wanted, when he wanted it. And right now, what he wanted was me. Don't know whats going on in his head but but right now I'm gonna act anything against him and the reason is his credict card.

As the minutes stretched into hours, Leonardo is now on top of me and he is fucking heavy I know I dont want to act anything against him but this is too much ,the lines between anger and desire blurring in the early morning haze.

But after some time the shrill ring of his phone shattered in the room, pulling him from his slumber with a jolt. With a muttered curse, he reached for the device, his brow furrowing in annoyance as he answered the call.

"This better be important" he yelled , I pity whoever is speaking to him right now.

As he became engrossed in the conversation, I took the opportunity to slip out of bed, grateful for the momentary reprieve. But even as I made my way to the door, I couldn't shake the feeling of his piercing gaze following me, a silent reminder of the hold he had over me, even in the most ordinary of moments.

                                               .                                  .                                  .

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air as I sat across him  at the breakfast table. His presence, as always, was both cold and commanding, a reminder that he is one of strongest leader in the world of mafia.

I glanced at my plate Jenny had already served pancaked and maple syrup and these delicious , I started to devoure the pancakes . I took a tentative sip of my coffee ,"Tonight, there's a party," he stated flatly, his voice cutting through the silence like a knife. "Be ready by eight."

I nodded, a sense of anticipation tingling in the air. Parties in our world are never just social gatherings but they are opportunities for alliances , business and deals to be struck, all under the disguse of elegance and extravagance.

As he rose from the table with a grace that belied his dangerous nature, I watched him disappear into the shadows, his presence lingering in the air like a ghost. Alone once more, I pushed aside my unease and set about preparing for the evening ahead. I cooled myshelf down only a few months when I get enough money I will gone.

The hours passed in a blur of anticipation , each minute bringing me closer to the inevitable confrontation that awaited me at the party. As I slipped into the gown as he had chosen for me , the fabric cascaded around me like a waterfall of moonlight. The gown hugged my curves in all the right places, its silky texture whispering against my skin with every movement. The neckline dipped elegantly, teasing a glimpse of collarbone while still leaving much to the imagination. The neckline dipped elegantly, teasing a glimpse of collarbone while still leaving much to the imagination .

But  the slit  stole the show , it ran up the side of the gown, revealing a glimpse of leg with every movement. As I walked, the slit parted like the petals of a flower in bloom, the sheer fabric billowing around me like a cloud, leaving a trail of shimmering stardust in my wake. And as I glanced at my reflection in the mirror, I couldn't help but feel a surge of confidence .
