*Harry's POV*

Lets just say America is starting to feel more like a prison. It's holding me captive here, when all I want to do is see Maddy. I text her daily but she said her cousin is visiting and she wants to spend time with him.

...I mean...not that I care...

Right?

I shouldn't be jealous. It's her COUSIN, for heaven's sake. But he gets to spend time with her. And I don't.

Simon gave us one day to just relax and do whatever we want. Niall is going to try to eat at every restaurant in the city. Zayn will probably buy some hair products or something. Liam will be doing a pre-planned twitcam, and will also be skyping Danielle. Louis will be doing god knows what. I am going to buy Maddy a present.

I don't want to get her some lame souvenir. I want it to be heartfelt. And as much as I am a hopeless romantic, I need a girl's opinion. But where do I find a girl? I guess I could just bring out my inner diva?

I walked to a nearby jewelry shop. When I entered, I took off my ray bands and my beanie. I started browsing the boring diamonds. Then I saw the most perfect necklace...ever. I nearly pressed my face up against the glass. It was a silver chain with a silver infinity symbol on it. It wasn't as expensive as some of the other jewelry, but when I looked at it, my stomach clenched and my heart swelled and I thought of Maddy.

Ugh..but what if she hates it? I groaned audibly, and left the shop for some air. That's when I saw a girl my age walking down the quiet sidewalk.

"Excuse me, miss!" I shouted. She looked at me and tilted her head. I saw her eyes widen even in the distance. I hoped she wasn't that big of a fan... I motioned her over, and she jogged until she's a few feet away.

"Y-you're...um..Harry S-styles." She choked out. I gave her a dazzling grin and nodded. Poor girl.

"I was wondering if you would mind helping me for a second?" I asked politely. Immediately, she shook her head yes. I gave her a grateful look and led her inside the shop. I pointed to the necklace from before.

"Do you think a girl would like this?" I asked. She didn't even look at the necklace. She stared dreamily at me and nodded. I sighed. She's not the best help...

I saw a man behind the counter and asked for some help.

"Do you have any other jewelry with this sign on it?" I asked him. He nodded and left to find some. I shifted my weight and stood awkwardly with the girl staring at me. The man returned and I looked at what he brought with him. I saw a bracelet that is exactly like the necklace, but obviously smaller. There was also a leather bracelet that a silver infinity sign painted on it. I told the man I want both bracelets and he started to ring me up. This is perfect. I'll take the leather one. Maddy and I will have matching bracelets. They will represent us because our love goes on forever...oh gosh. I am a hopeless romantic.

"Thank you, sir." The man said and handed me my bag. I left the shop with the girl trailing behind me. I cleared my throat when we got outside.

"Umm..can I..c-could I have a h-hug, please." She squeaked. I chuckled quietly.

"Yes. Thanks for the help." I told her. I pulled her into my arms. She was shaking with nerves and I patted her back. Before she passed out, I stepped away.

"Thanks again. Goodbye, love!" I waved and started walking away. I slid on my beanie and ray bands again. I could hear her hyperventilating.

I just couldn't wait to see Maddy again.
