I woke up and stretched and like always I made a baby dinosaur like noise. I heard a chuckle and opened my curtain to see Tony in the little hall between the bunk. "That's adorable." He said as he passed. I reached and flicked his nose. He looked at me but, just kept walking. I hoped down from my bunk and went to change and fix my messy hair. I decided to use my new straightener since its been so long since I've done anything but leave my hair natural. It didn't take as long as I though and my hair was shiny and soft as it fell to my waist and my bangs covered part of my big green eyes. I put on a pair of new sweats and a black keystreet t shirt since we will be riding most of today. I slipped my clothes in my bunk and wandered into the lounge to hang out with Tony.
He arched an eyebrow and looked at my shirt. "Nice shirt." He stated and I shrugged, "Its alright." He playfully pouted and I took the chance to steal a sip of his coffee. "So how are you settling in." I looked up at his question and paused, "Better than I thought I would." He arched an eyebrow so I continued. "When they asked me to stay, I didn't really think I would because, I assume they just felt bad for me. I mean look at me I've obviously had a hard life but, they surprised me when I figured out they actually care.
I mean no one but, my sister, Lydia, has ever cared about me. When I lost her I just assumed I would always be alone. But, now I'm not and I find myself trusting people again and that scares me. I'm not sure what to do with my life because, I thought I would spend the rest of it alone. I really miss my sister sometimes and I wish I could tell her about the past few days but, I know she would want me to be happy. I just I feel like I'm getting too close too fast and I'm gonna wake up in the same stupid park freezing with nothing but my guitar and a bag. It doesn't seem real to me, none of this does. But maybe one day it will. I never told anyone about this but, I have serious anxiety problems and I'm prone to panic attacks. I haven't had one in months but, with the stress of touring, I'm scare they will come back." I said voicing all my thoughts and worries to the drummer. He pulled me into a side hug. "Even if something happens with the others you will always have me. I'll never let you go back to being alone. If your panic attacks come back we will handle it because, we are friends now and friends don't just leave when things get tough." He said into my hair. I smiled and felt a tear run down my cheek and I pulled back wiping it on the back of my hand. "Thank you, Turtle." "Anytime little bird."I leaned over and stole a sip of Tony's coffee again and leaned back a little looking at the TV. "Wanna watch Star Wars ?" I asked noticing the movies laying in a small shelf among other movies. He looked at me with a smile. I smiled. "You like Star Wars?" He asked sounding like a little kid. I nodded, "I love Star Wars." I stated and reached for his coffee again. He swatted at my hand. "There's coffee in the kitchen." He said giving me a playful glare. I nodded, "Yep." I stated and reached for his drink again. He just looked at me as I pried the drink from his hand and took a long sip of it not looking away from him. I feel like me and Tony are going to be very close in the near future. We stared each other down, until he tore his eyes from mine with a sigh and wandered into the kitchen and coming back with another cup for himself as I claimed his. He ruffled my hair as he put the movie on. I swatted at his hand with my free one and ran my fingers over my hair. He plopped down and I stretched out putting my head in his lap and my feet on the arm of the couch. He looked down and flicked my nose. I scrunched it up. "Why?" I asked. He shrugged, "Revenge! You did it to me this morning." He replied at which I rolled my eyes. I looked over and shushed him. The Star Wars movies were always my favorite. I had a friend who gave them to me as a gift and I used to watch them at least twice a week. It's been a while since I've seen them. Tony complied and we watched the movie in silence until Vic walked in. "Hey we are pulling out in five," he glanced at the TV then groaned at Tony, "Again?" Tony shrugged innocently and pointed at me. "She picked it." I reached over and swatted him but, didn't move my head. Vic sighed and took Tony's new coffee before picking up my feet, sitting down, and placing them in his laugh. Tony sighed in defeat. "I guess I won't get any coffee this morning." He stated and turned back to the movie. Vic sent me a questioning look. I pointed to the mug in my hand. He laughed and gave me a high five. We watched the movie and all of us, even Vic, we're so into it we just waved when the others joined us. I finished my coffee and looked over to Mike who was scrolling on his phone with his monster balanced between his knees. I moved forward, with a questioning look from Tony, and slowly took Mike's drink. Tony laughed a little as Mike looked in his lap then over to me. I smiled innocently and he sighed. "You know I don't think I've ever seen you drink anything without caffeine." He observed and I shrugged. "Probably not."
We watched the rest of the movie then decided to set up the laptop and phone Vic and/or Kellin bought me yesterday. I complained a lot but gave in when they said I could never go anywhere without anyone if I didn't have a phone and the laptop they just bought for funzies. I sat the laptop in my lap while Mike and Jaime fidgeted with my phone. Vic and Tony were trying to make sure I was doing it right and kept correcting me. I shoved it at Tony with a pout and ended up sitting upside down on the couch. I was sitting like this with Vic on one side scolding Mike for spilling his monster and almost getting it on my phone, Jaime holding said phone with a smirk, Tony on the other side of me with a confused face and typing rapidly, when Kellin entered our bus and just started laughing.
