Jaemin: No no, left foot then right, do you want to break Daesung's toes???

Ara: Doesn't seem like such a bad idea...

Jaemin: Ara.

Ara: Yes yes, I'm focusing.

The two danced around in the living room. Music filled the silence with Ara concentrating on her feet placement, whereas Jaemin stared at her, lost in thought. He kept his eyes on her till she stepped on him yet again.

Ara: Oh god. I'm so sorry. I swear-

Jaemin: Its okay Ara. I'm not hurt.

Ara: God... I'm so horrible at this.

She plopped down on her couch in defeat making Jaemin face her.

Jaemin: You're going to do this right.

Ara: I can't!

Jaemin: Trust me.

He extended his hand to her. She stared at it for a moment before taking it and standing in front of him. Jaemin pulled her closer and got into position.

Jaemin: Look at me.

He whispered. Ara looked up, meeting his eyes. He swore he could look into them for hours without getting tired of it. Those eyes always managed to give him butterflies.

Jaemin: Keep your eyes on me. Not your feet. And just get lost in the music. Trust me, you'll do well. Okay?

She nodded, eyes still on him, as if she couldn't look away.

The two danced again. And this time it felt different. It felt nostalgic.

---

Ara blinked once and had another vision of a huge hall. It looked like a wedding. She wore a navy dress and Jaemin wore a tux. The two were smiling at each other as if to them only each other mattered. They were dancing. Happily. Eyes filled with love and adoration for each other.

When Ara blinked once more, she was back to reality. Looking right into Jaemin's eyes, in her living room, soft music playing in the background.

They were not dancing anymore. Just staring at each other. The moment was on stand still. It was heart racing. It twisted her gut in a good way, as if she expected a lot from the moment.

But the moment was ruined when there was a harsh knock on her door, followed by Daesung's voice asking her to hurry up and open the door.

She looked away from the door and back to Jaemin who let go off her, stepping back.

Jaemin: He won't see me.

With that, he vanished. Ara on the other hand hesitated but opened the door. Daesung didn't look too enthusiastic, making even more reasons for Ara to avoid him.

Ara: Hey Daesung.

Daesung: God... this is annoying.

He just walked in and plopped down on the couch. Ara rolled her eyes and pulled up her best smile before throwing her door close.

Ara: You don't look like you want to be here.

Daesung: I don't.

Ara: Then leave.

Daesung: My parents said I have to visit you, apparently. Check up on you or something...

Ara: I guess the effort is great.

Daesung: Oh shut it. They have my driver as their own personal spy to watch me. I'll stay for an hour and leave. Just make me something to eat. And something good. Not those boring foods you have for your weak heart. Just pathetic...

He muttered the last two words but Ara caught onto them. She considered telling him off but her eyes widened when she saw Jaemin appear next to him on the couch. Daesung looked oblivious to the immortal entity, maybe because Jaemin was still invisible to others.

But as Ara met Jaemin's eyes again, she saw him giving her a wide smirk. The next second, her kitchen utensils were flying out of her kitchen, aiming right to Daesung, though nothing hit him. (unfortunately) It only scared the man out of her apartment, screaming.
