Roof Top Meeting

The sun was slowly making its decent from the sky as evening approached. Y/n was the first to arrive on the roof top, choosing to lean onto the ledge. She observed students bustling around the school grounds, her eye catching on Mina, Kiri, Kami, Jiro, and Sero.

The squeaky sound of the door opening made her flick her eyes to Izuku and Uru followed by Todoroki entering onto the roof with her. She awkwardly waved at them as they met her at the ledge making uru smiling ear to ear "hey y/n, were you waiting long?"

Y/n shook her head and took one last look at her group of friends, seemingly unbothered by her absence. Her head tilted in question "so what was it we needed to talk about?"

Uru crossed her arms, face becoming serious "I meant to tell you sooner but when you asked izuku and I to keep tabs on the league we sorta just didn't stop.."

Y/n raised her brows with intrigue as Izuku scratched the back of his neck nervously "I hope you don't mind.. when ochaco told me kacchan was taken again I kept digging, apparently it was a setup."

Y/n furrowed her brows with a sigh "but I already know that." Izuku shook his head "yes but it's more than you think."

She crossed her arms and nervously glanced at them waiting for an explanation. "I found out from a source that Max was recruited at the request of an ally of the league, I was originally confused as to why the league would go to such lengths to get her when they already have an electric quirk user to begin with."

He began pacing as he explained to the group "-even though Max has proven to become powerful with her quirk how could they have known that? So I looked into who requested her, it was her dad!"

Y/n blanched and froze as he continued "he's been locked up in prison for so long, apparently he use to work with Dr. Kyudai Garaki in the states."

Todoroki raised his brows ever so slightly "isn't that the scientist working with All for One?"

Ururaka nodded her head and turned to y/n taking in her appearance "y/n are you okay?" Y/n felt like the air was knocked out of her as she ran a hand through her hair ignoring the question "Izuku what do you mean he worked with that crazy ass scientist?!"

The green haired boys face scrunched up "about fourteen years ago Max's dad worked secretly with him but he was caught for murdering a woman, once he was arrested the cops raided his house and found ties to All for One. Dr. Kyudai Garaki fled back to Japan with most of their equipment only leaving behind test subjects who were already dead by the time police showed up."

    Y/n shook her head "what were they testing?" Izuku frowned "they couldn't figure out what specifically they were testing but they guessed it had to do with their quirks, based on the autopsies."

      Y/n closed her eyes trying to calm her racing heart as a hazy image flashed through her mind.

     She felt so small as her father towered over her "it'll be over soon" he leaned down to her restrained arm. She whimpered with tears in her eyes as a large needle slid into her arm with a rough pinch. Her vision blurred and got darker as she frantically flicked her eyes at the Dr who came into view before everything went black.

     Her eyes shot open "this is bad, this is so fucken bad!" Ururaka worriedly grabbed for y/n's hand making her flinch back. Y/n met Uru's worried stare "y/n what's wrong why are you freaking out."

     Y/n took a deep breath "Kat and I figured out that Max and I have the same dad... and that he killed my mom."

     Their eyes widened while todoroki met her gaze "damn your family is just as fucked up as mine" if she weren't so freaked out she would've probably laughed at his comment.
