Welcome to my Slytherin Boys Wattpad story! This is the third out of five planned books, one for each Slytherin Boy (Theo, Enzo, Mattheo, Draco, & Tom). I plan on updating a couple of times a week so make sure you follow so you're notified of each one!
I want to address some important things to know before we begin the story.
1. This takes place in an AU where Voldemort was defeated in the First Wizarding War on 31 October 1981 by Harry Potter. This means that everyone who died in canon during the books after James and Lily are not dead in this universe (Cedric, Fred, Dumbledore, etc.) There will be no war, no battles, etc. The only conflict is within the romance itself.
2. In this AU, an 8th year has been added to Hogwarts. We can pretend it's because the ministry wanted them to have more schooling before graduating but in reality, it's because I want everyone I write to be well above the age of consent so any spice scenes are not as awkward for me to write and also not inappropriate.
3. I may change some characteristics of the Slytherin Boys/other characters to fit my writing and my style. These are my interpretations of the characters so if you don't like them, then don't read them. I'm also completely disregarding The Cursed Child.
4. I'm not British so please excuse any incorrect slang/spelling. I tried my best to make this authentic but I'm only human.
5. In this AU, Regulus died a few years before he did in the series (we can him the older brother or smthg if you want it to make sense). So Voldemort died in 1981, Evelyn was born in 1977, Tom in the end of 1975 with Regulus dying in 1976, essentially right after Evelyn was conceived.
6. Perhaps most importantly: This is a dark romance. I cannot emphasize that enough. So if you get triggered by things easily, don't read this book, read one of the nicer ones. This is Tom Riddle we're talking about, son of Voldemort. He's not going to be the nicest guy on the block. Please don't glorify this relationship. If you meet a man like this in real life, run. But thank god it's fiction and we can't live in our little delulu land and pretend it's okay.
TW: Physical and mental abuse, torture, knives, blood, death, depression, mentions of suicide, sexual assault, rape. I will list more as they appear in the story. This is a dark story.
