"This is so dumb," Katsuki fumed. "Dad, I said I would come *to* therapy with them, not participate in it," I said. "It's required to pass your first year of high school. At least now it is," Dad said. "Todoroki sit back down." "I'd much rather joke about my problems." Todoroki said but still sat. "Hey kids !" The therapy lady finally arrived.
She didn't get a response. "Okay, let's go around and talk about how we are feeling. This is the talking drum. When you don't have the talking drum you can't ta--" "Bloodlust," Katsuki grumbled. "Oh my." Therapy lady was shocked. "Skibiti toilet," I answered. "Ok......all these feelings are valid.....I guess. This is a safe space." The lady glanced at Dad but he just stared blankly.
"Ok, well, your teacher told me you guys like to get into altercations. Do you think so ? And why ?" "Drama is fun," I said simply. "Fights make school school ! If there are no end of school year fights then there wouldn't be school !" Katsuki said. "Or emo kids trying to burn the school down," I added. I haven't heard a silence quite that loud.
And my class failed the Beyonce mute challenge terribly. "What do you think Shoto?" Therapist lady noticed he was quiet. "I think school fights are dangerous," Deku commented. "She's not asking you!" Katsuki interjected. "Shoto answer her question," Katsuki demanded. "This is what I'm saying ! You guys can't go a day without fighting," Dad said. "More like seconds." I sided with Dad.
"Is that a challenge ?" Katsuki smirked. "If you want it to be." "Fine then.....we will go a day," Katsuki said and leaned back in his chair confidently. "Make it two." I looked happily at Dad. I gave him two days of peace. We all knew The Kidnapped kids took challenges and dares seriously. He gave me the slightest lift of his lips back.
