Upset

Its late at night, Kai decided to go and sit at the edge of the roof. He was feeling such as an monster, he can't stop tearing up, his feeling devastaded, his breath was kinda heavy. He just wanted to disappear in this moment. The night was cold and silent, he just can hear his sobs and heavy breaths. 


He starts to think what he has done all the past week, and he feels so guilt and sad for himself, he can't stop crying. He got really mad and yelled at everyone...but the worsted thing was when he yelled to his boyfriend, Cole. Yesterday Cole just was trying to comfort him but Kai only yelled and insulted him. After that Kai just stay all day in his room thinking and crying about what he do. He stares at his feets that were dangling in the top of the roof, he continues sobbing.

Later, Cole gets up in the roof, he saw him at the edge and quietly starts getting close to him. Kai continue to crying, he doesn't know that someone is behind him. Cole sits next to him, but he doesn't says anything. Kai feels him, and thinks...he was drowning in the inside. Kai was trying to stop crying, but it was a little hard, he was so upset to himself. He can't handled it anymore he immediately hugs Cole tightly still crying and trying to calm down.

Cole let him do it and started petting his hair quietly. Kai hugs him even closer, still crying, and he whispers. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." he cried. Cole hugs him tightly "shh, its okay, let it all out and then we talk" he said with a soft voice. Kai just kept crying while hugging him, his cries were becoming more soft and quieter, he was breathing a little bit more calmly than before, he wanted this relief, to leave it all out.

After a few minutes, he finally stopped crying, though his breathing was still a little bit irregular, and he was still hugging him and he feels when Cole kissed his head. He blushed softly, then he nuzzle against his chest, he was still a little bit sad, but his boyfriend's touch just made him feels better. 

"You can tell me anything" Cole said.

Kai was embarrassed and ashamed to tell him, but he didn't know a better way than explain to him how he was feeling during the last days, so he started speaking, though, his voice was still shaky. "I just feel like I made so many awful things in the last days... I don't want to be a monster..." he said. "Why love?" Cole asked. Kai couldn't stop feeling guilty, this guilt consumed him, and made him think of the things he did in the past. "I... I don't know... I just feel like I ruined everything... I don't want to be a bad person... but I can't control myself..." Kai explained. 

"You mean, your anger issues?" Cole asked.

Kai nods. "Yeah... I feel like everyone is afraid of me... And I know I'm the one to blame if everyone feels like that...sorry about yesterday...I was rude with you."

Cole sighs. "Oh my love, don't feel ashame about it." Cole grabs his waist and pulls him closer and sits him on his lap. A shy and soft smile appears on Kai's face, he was feeling better, and he feels a little bit embarrassed while he was on his lap, though he didn't want to get down.

"You're not a monster, its normal the days we can't control our emotions, we just need to make an effort. Remember, we are ninjas, we save people, you save people, we risk our lifes to save others, that's a thing that not everybody would do. That doesn't make you a monster" Cole said. 

Kai's expression starts to relax, though his blush was a little bit more noticeable, he felt that he needed hear that. "Yeah... I understand now... Thanks my love...". 

Cole smiles and wipes Kai's  tears with his fingers. "Have I told you how handsome you are?" he said romantically. Kai blushes softly, and his blush makes him look a bit cuter than he already was. "Yeah... You say it always, you're so romantic... ". he smiled softly. "We'll I'll said it again then". Cole said and clears his throat. "You're a very handsome boy, firefly". Kai turns his face away from him, and he is hiding his face, blushing, he is not used to receiving so much compliments at the same time, so he is feeling a little bit embarrassed, but he still has a cute blush on his face, and he was feeling much happier than before, so he hugs him tightly again.

Cole chuckles. Kai looks at his eyes, and he wanted to be completely honest with him."Thank you... For still wanting me... Even with everything that happened...". "I love you firefly." Cole said. Kai blushes deeply again, he looks again at his eyes, even with everything that happened during the last week, he was a little bit shocked because his boyfriend still thinks he's handsome... this was a big comfort for his mind and heart. "And I love you too... So much...Rocky". Kai smirk. 

Cole grabbed his face and sticked his lips with his lips. Kai felt the warmth of his kiss, and he kisses him back, holding back his blush on his cheeks, the kiss was so relaxing and soothing for his heart, he feels the peace he needed...
