Finally attempting to actually write something 😜✌️

Before I begin, I would like to say that I've been writing a couple things off of whattpad in my free time so my writing as went up ⬆️ a bit. Thank you all for the support and suggestions, it means a lot to me

It was a hot, sunny day and per usual, Aiden was bored. More bored than usual, I might add, because today was the day of the big summer festival and all he could do was wait till it opened. He flopped onto his bed and opened his phone.

The ghostbusters

Aiden: I'm boreddddd 😞😞

Ashlyn: Then stay bored 😑

Taylor: How are you bored bro?? The festival opens in an hour

Aiden: I don't like waitinggggg

Tyler: That explains a lot

Ben: He's been moping around all day

Aiden: Brooo, I thought we were cousins

Aiden: Why'd you have to expose me

Ben: Someone had too

Logan: Bro feels betrayed 💀

Aiden: Oh shush it

Ashlyn: What do you even want us to do? It's too hot to do anything rn

Aiden: I'm glad you asked-

Ashlyn: Oh no

Aiden: I was thinking, since it's summer break that you should all come over

Aiden: And we could go in the pool or something

Aiden: Then go to festival

Tyler: For once, it's actually not a bad idea

Taylor: I woooonder why you agree

Tyler: 😑

Taylor: Me and Ty are on our wayyyy!! We gonna be the first ones 😈

Ashlyn: I'm already there

Ashlyn: Suck it

Taylor: 😐🖕

Ashlyn: 😜

Aiden was happy, not only were they coming over but he got to see Ashlyn! Not like he didn't just the other night, but it's not the same. She chose to come over, she chose to see him and clear her schedule! He was just too excited.

Ring!

Aiden jumped out of his bed to get the door. Too slow. Ben already had. Aiden looked at Ashlyn with this lovey-dovey look, before turning away, embarrassed. Even though they were dating he still got shy around her, he never knew how to talk to her in the first place but after she opened up he saw her in a new light...he couldn't help but blush faintly.

'Hey, Ashy!' Aiden called out excitedly

'Oh, hi Aiden' Ashlyn called back, not quite as loud or enthusiastic though

'You can change in the bathroom, then head to the pool. I have to help Ben get the door' Aiden lied, he just didn't want to be alone with Ashlyn..he was shy, even though they've been together for 7 months now!!

'Kay, thanks' The ginger (bread) girl replied as she headed for the bathroom

Not soon after she went to get changed, Ty and Tay arrived. Taylor looked super excited, per usual, and Tyler looked slightly amused with Taylor. Tyler always had a neutral face and tone, so to everyone else it looked like he was forced and hated them, but he truely cared, and they all knew it.

'Ayeee, wassup TayTay!' Aiden called, laughing

'Nothing much, Addition' Taylor started laughing at her own joke

'Addition—? ohhhh!!' He started laughing too

(Aiden could have the nickname of add or something so addition would be a cute and funny nickname)

'I don't get it, but alright' Tyler added, confused

Ashlyn walked out the bathroom

'What..what are you guys laughing about?' She asked, curiously

'A-Aiden is addition now-' Taylor struggled to respond, she was still laughing

'....okay- I'm going to the pool. Don't expect me to get in though' The ginger gal said in a monotone voice. She didn't really like the pool, since she couldn't swim well.

'Race you.' Tyler challenged Ashlyn

The two started running to the pool

Ashlyn won, and Tyler was baffled

Ashlyn sat at the edge of the pool, dangling her feet in. It was a nice change of scenery for the girl who was constantly on her toes, quite literally and figuratively.

The blonde boy came by and sat next to her

'Not getting in?' Ash asked amusingly

'Nah' He supplied 'I go swimming a lot, I don't get to sit with you however'

Ashlyn blushed slightly, and unluckily for her, Taylor noticed

'Oooooo~!' Taylor mocked them

Ashlyn shoved her into the pool

'Oh, put a cork in it' Ashlyn retorted

———And this is we're I give up for now! I'll try to make a part 2 with the festival, depending on if this goes well or not

(PLEASE- I know this is kinda crappy, and it wasn't exactly written like how you might of thought. I'm not sure if I should make a part 2 of the festival 😭 I might, but I want genuine feedback. You can be honest with me, nothing you say will offend me, it will only help. Thank you for reading)
