"Let's talk."

(Tyler's POV)

Logan had left, he said that he had "something important" to do, but he probably just wanted to have time to think our talk over, because if I'm being real with you.. which i am. It was a kinda awkward talk. Neither of knew what to say, even though we knew we had to talk about this sooner or later. The others tell each other that they love them all the time but me and Logan have yet to say. And to be honest, it's because I'm scared. I am scared that i will get to attached to him and that he may get overwhelmed and leave me.

Creeeak...

"Hey ma." I told her. "What's up? Need something?" I got to my feet, ready to help.

She shook her head, and sat down next the me.

"I overheard you and Logan's conversation just now.."

"Oh." Shit, she doesn't know that I'm bi, and I've been to nervous to tell her.

"Don't worry. I support you, but i want to offer advice. I wanna do something for you, since you always do something for me."

"That means a lot, madre, thank you."

"Mhm.." She hesitated. "Your father.. was the same way as you."

"Dad?.."

"Yea, i know I don't talk about his a lot but this seems important to you." She took a breath. "Your father was the same way, he was scared to get to close to someone, and he took a while to say that he loved me. But i know he really did. He took his time and spoke to me about it, like you did with Logan.. I didn't take it as well as Logan but he had more efforts. Week after week, he would reassure me with acts of love, just small things, like cuddles or kisses. Those proved that he was trying, so I finally decided that I thought he was the one. He said that he loved me, two years after dating. He first showed me, that, he could love me without words. Maybe you can do the same.."

"Wow.. that's, uhm, that's a lot. But thanks you mom.." I leaned in and gave her a hug. "I know that was hard, but I appreciate it, I appreciate you."

"I love you, my son."

"Love you too, mom."
