Ashlyn' POV:

We woke up in the phantom dimension. The sky was blood red, as always. We finally had the jeep. We were finally going to find a way out of this hellhole. If this doesn't work.. we might not ever get out. So it's now or never.

"Everyone ready? Aiden?" I asked, they all nodded, buckling their seatbelts. "I know, i know. Open the gate then run out the side." He said, swinging his knife back and forth. "Okay.." I whispered under my breath.

-35 minutes of driving later-

"Logan?" I questioned, he turned his head to me, making uncomfortable eye contact. He looked nervous. "Yeah?" He asked. "Are we going the right way?" He was about to speak before we hit a tree root. "Agh-! Uhm, yeah.. normally this place is better maintained.." He sighed, looking away, and towards the unusually grassy area.

I turned my head back to the road, but that's when i heard it. The sound. My ears began to bleed. My hands tightened on the steering wheel, sweating. What is that thing...

"Ashlyn?! Your ears, are you oka-" Aiden started before noticing the troubled look on my face, causing him to stop. "What is it?." Taylor asked, holding Ben's hand so tight her knuckles turned white.

That's when he came from behind us. A centipede creature.. I tried to swerve around buildings and cars to get away from it, but it wouldn't stop. "Guys.. you are my best friends. I love you all. I love you all so much.." I started. "You guys are the best!!.. I just want to know. If we don't make it out.. that you all are amazing, for what it's worth.." Taylor, now holding Ben and Tyler's hand, started crying. "We will make it. Don't say that!" Tyler yelled.

Right in front of us was a rock pillar. Behind us was the centipede thing. I needed to get away from here. Now. I jerked left on the steering wheel, hoping to dodge the rock pillar nut instead we swerved off the cliff. Shit- shit.. shit!

Tyler had landed in a tree, from what i could see.. Taylor and Ben were nearby, with bloody faces. Logan's sniper had been stuck through his head. And Aiden.. the car landed on him, his bloody hand stuck out. My vision blurred, where was I? I.. can't think straight..
