"Are you sure there aren't any citrus, lemon, or lime scents anywhere around the house, Ja?" Citaly stressed, looking around his room for any possible fragrance diffusers. Emani is severely allergic to citrus and Citaly would hate for her to have an allergic reaction after going years without having one.
It was a possibility that she's outgrown the allergy, but they didn't want to take any chances due to the severity of her reaction.
"Nana," Emani mugged, as Ja entered the room, carrying one of her boxes. "It's alright." Ja grunted, placing the box down on the floor. "I checked everywhere. It's no citrus scents anywhere 'round here. I promise." Ja trailed off, placing his hands on his hips. "You got a lotta' clothes, girl."
"I know right, and she don't wear half of 'em. I don't know why she brought all 'em clothes and ain't leave some at home." Citaly adjusted the pillow on the couch that she had just knocked over.
Ja shook his head, huffing then going to retrieve another one of her boxes from the U-Haul truck. Today, Emani was finally moving in with Ja. It took them a while to come to this decision, but they already had it set on their minds, they just needed approval from Armani, of course, he always had a say when it came to his baby.
Ja had rented Citaly, Armani, Davine and his newborn, Audrianna an Air BNB to stay in while visiting Memphis since his guest room couldn't hold all of them. They left Cheese at home with a nurse that monitors him 24/7.
Citaly insisted on not taking Audrianna out of the state at only two months old, but Shekinah's parents weren't willing to have the baby stay with them for a whole week, so they were forced to bring her along with them.
"Nana, can you hold Audri real quick? She throwin' up crazy on my back." Davine entered the room, patting Audrianna's back and bouncing up and down before turning around to show the trail of vomit down the back of his shirt.
