Chan had dedicated seven years of his life to training at JYP Entertainment, all the while witnessing his friends achieve their long-awaited debuts while he remained in limbo, without a debut date in sight. However, after what felt like an eternity, his dream finally materialized. He was given the opportunity to handpick his own members, produce their songs, and take the stage as Stray Kids. It was a dream come true.

In assembling his team, Chan carefully selected each member based on their unique talents and qualities. Han Jisung stood out with his exceptional skills in rapping, singing, and dancing, making him an invaluable asset. Changbin, on the other hand, possessed an extraordinary ability to craft vivid imagery through his lyrics, painting pictures with his words. Minho, a remarkably gifted dancer, commanded attention with his powerful moves and undeniable presence. Hyunjin's graceful dancing style possessed an elegance that captivated anyone who laid eyes on him. Seungmin possessed a voice that had the power to enchant and mesmerize, leaving listeners in awe. Jeongin's voice, smooth as velvet yet strong and awe-inspiring, added another layer of brilliance to the group. And then there was Felix, the sunshine of the team. A multitalented young man hailing from Australia, just like Chan, Felix had an uncanny ability to brighten even the darkest of days. Chan couldn't help but feel a deep and profound love for Felix, perceiving him as an angel sent from above to illuminate his life.

Today consisted of dance practice and recording sessions for the boys. They groggily made their way to the breakfast table, where Minho, the second oldest member and the group's unofficial mother figure, had already prepared a nutritious meal for them. Despite the simplicity of ramen with eggs and vegetables, it provided the necessary sustenance for the day ahead. Chan observed Felix entering the kitchen last, his pale complexion and tired eyes catching his attention.

"Hey, Lixie, are you okay, angel?" Chan asked, concerned.

"Yeah, I just didn't sleep well last night. I'll be fine," Felix murmured.

Curiosity piqued, Jeongin questioned Chan's endearing nickname for Felix, "Why do you call him angel, hyung?"

"I'm not sure. I guess it's because he reminds me of what an angel would look like," Chan shrugged. Minho smirked, well aware of Chan's feelings for Felix, as did Jisung, who had been dating Minho for almost a year. They had been brainstorming ways to help Chan confess his feelings to Felix, knowing that Felix reciprocated those sentiments but was hesitant to jeopardize their friendship.

Felix ate his breakfast slowly, feeling dreadful with a pounding headache, a sore throat, and a runny nose. Nevertheless, he mustered the strength to join the others as they prepared to leave. Resting his head against the van window, he closed his eyes. Chan couldn't help but worry, stealing glances at Felix throughout the ride. He noticed the perspiration on Felix's forehead and decided to text Minho, expressing his concern.

'I think Felix might be sick, but I don't think he'll admit it,' Chan messaged.

Minho swiftly replied, 'We'll keep an eye on him. If we notice anything amiss, we'll intervene.'

Chan nodded, finding solace in knowing that Felix would be looked after. As they arrived at their destination, he exhaled deeply, ready to tackle the day ahead.

As they were in the midst of recording everyone's parts for their new song, Jisung noticed that Felix was shivering uncontrollably. "Hey, Lixie, are you okay?"

"Yeah, Ji, it's just a little cold in here," Felix replied quietly, his voice sounding hoarse.

"No, it's actually quite warm in here, Felix," Hyunjin chimed in, his worry evident. Just then, Changbin informed Hyunjin that it was his turn in the recording booth. Reluctant to leave Felix, Hyunjin furrowed his brow. Jisung placed a comforting hand on his shoulder and said, "Go ahead, I'll get Minho." Hyunjin nodded and made his way to the booth, but not before saying something to Chan that made him swiftly turn his head toward Felix.
