"Do I look okay?" Ellie wondered as she approached Jungwon in the parking lot, outside of the autumn festival that they were about to attend. Jungwon looked at ellie up and down with a smile, she wore a black flowy skirt, a white princescore top, white converse shoes, and a few sparkly silver clips topping the outfit off to perfection.

"You look beautiful." He complimented and sweetly hugged her. Although, Ellie noticed his heavy bags and slightly heavy eyelids - almost like he was forcing himself awake.

"Are you okay?" She wondered and stared up at him. Jungwon looked down at her and reassuringly nodded with a smile that made his dimples pop out - his eyes only seeming to sparkle when he stared at the girl he loved most.

"Let's head inside." He suggested, his tone coming off less cheerful than regular. Maybe he was just tired? "What do you want to do first?" He asked and looked down at her.

Ellie looked around at everything and finally points at the face painting stand. "Let's get face paint!" She suggested with an excited grin, looking at Jungwon to check his reaction.

"Okay, but only if I can do yours." He proposed and Ellie let out a giggle and nodded her head, grabbing his hand and pulling him along.

"You can, but only if I can do yours." She bit back and made Jungwon laugh before finally agreeing. "Let's not look at them until we get home, for a surprise." She suggested making the boy sat in the chair opposite hers smile and nod.

"Okay, but just so you know, I'm the best face painter in town." He boasted causing Ellie to playfully roll her eyes with a giggle.

"Sure you are." She sarcastically nodded and couldn't help but smile as she watched him begin to paint on her left cheek. His tongue caught between his teeth as he concentrated hard.

After a few minutes he pulled and gently held her chin to examine his work. "Perfect." He commented, a proud smile reaching his lips. "Your turn." He stated and swapped seats with the girl.

Ellie looked around as she tried to think about what to paint on the boys face. "I'm going to match the theme of the festival." She said and dipped her brush into the orange paint and began to paint a pumpkin with cat ears and whiskers on his cheek.

Once she had finished the two stood up and thanked the women who owned the stall for letting them use her paints. "Let's do the dart game!" Ellie spoke excitedly and pointed at one of the other stands off into the distance.

Jungwon chuckled at the girls behaviour and nodded his head, he was used to the shy, quiet, and calm Ellie, was she just excited or had she become comfortable enough around him to act this way. Either way, Jungwon loved it and liked how it gave him hope.
