"Come on, Katie" 17 year old Isabella called and Katherine came down the stairs holding her dress "shall we?" Katherine asked.
"Yes, let us hurry before that-" Isabella was cut off by a voice.
"Where are you heading to?"Alex asked descending the Stairs "Let us leave!" Isabella said pulling Katherine out of the mansion,
Running as they entered the carriage they sat down and burst into fits of laughter watching Alex from the window of the carriage.
"Take us to Howard's mansion" Isabella said to the coachman that nodded, and Alex heard her because his face soon twisted into a frown.
"You should not go with her, Katie" he said still standing by the doors of the mansion "hurry" Isabella hurried the coachman that whipped the horse and it started moving "goodbye,Alex" Isabella yelled and he watched quietly as they left.
Alex turned back into the mansion once their carriage was out of sight, he went to the living room where he saw his mother seated sewing a dress that was most likely for Katherine,his family has taken a huge liking to "HIS" slave.
"Where were they heading to?" Uriel asked.
"Howard's mansion" he said and sat down while his mother paused to stare at her son "what is it?" He asked his mother "Oh , nothing at all" Uriel laughed a little and went back to sewing.
Uriel's POV
It has been over two years since I bought Katie home, she has been nothing but a blessing to me and the family in general, although she is always hoarded by Alex most of the time.
I expected that already, he would not let anybody near her for a long time, untill he got used to Isabella and I calling her from time to time.
I smiled at the thought, I wonder what Katie will do when Alex leaves for school next year, she had gotten quite used to him even though he can be very possessive at times.
Allan and I have not spoken in the past years, only in front of the children and that would only be greetings, it was like he got worse, he goes out early in the morning and he comes back late at night.
I had moved into another room, a few months ago, because I do not see the point of sharing a room anymore, I sipped the blood tea on the table by my left.
I know the children have noticed by now, Isabella had confronted her father that told her nothing was wrong and she confronted me too, I told her what had happened.
I knew Alex was aware but he never said anything neither did he speak to his father.
Allan used to be the perfect and loving father and now it is like my home was broken.
When I think about it, Alex had a good relationship with his father untill about 3 years ago, they spoke at times , even though Alex was distant with everyone it was worse with his father as he grew older.
I have tried to fix our marriage but all in vain, I could only hope for the best but I know that would not happen...
Howard's mansion...
Katie's POV
Isabella told me, she gathers with her friends at Howard's mansion to share the latest gossips and she insisted I came along this time.
We arrived and the coachman helped me out of the carriage, I stared at the mansion,it was big but not as big as Isabella's.
"Come on" Isabella spoke and we walked in guards opened the mansion doors and bowed .
