Another Reality...

Game Night

After a successful day of getting under Lena's skin tonight everyone would gather at Kara's place for game night. Tonight was when Melissa began her part of the plan. Getting close to Lena, make her to open up about Kara and hopefully get her to tell her how she feels, all while making Kara jealous. "So everyone knows they're part of the plan?" Alex asked that night. "Yes! We do! Geeze! You're almost as annoying as Chyler is!" Melissa groaned. "Who's that?" Kara asked. "Fake Alex." Katie replied.

"Oh! she's here!" Kara squealed happily. "Ok! Places! She's got Sam with her, Maggie's on her way." Alex replied. Kara opened the door allowing Lena and Sam to come inside. Lena glanced around the room looking at everyone closely because her eyes landed on the brunette standing alone with a glass of scotch in her hand. Sharing a look with Sam she took a seat on a sofa. "Lena, you've met Katie. Well guys this is Melissa! She's the newest agent at the DEO. Melissa this is Lena and her friend Sam." Alex said introducing everyone. Sam shook her hand but didn't seem interested in her at all, her eyes lingered on Alex's every move though. Melissa made a mental note about this before shaking Lena's hand. "Pleasure to meet you both!" Melissa replied with a smile.

After everyone arrived and the drinks began flowing everyone began to loosen up a bit. Melissa took this opportunity to make her way to the balcony making the reason for leaving because she 'needed air'. Smirking to herself when she saw Lena out of the corner of her eye following her. "So Melissa? How long have you been in National City?" Lena asked as she approached her. "About three weeks. I got transferred from one department to here. What about you Lena?" Melissa asked batting her eyes at the CEO who was now biting her lip. 'It's working! Keep it up!' She told herself. "About six years. So tell me about yourself? Where are you from?" Lena asked leaning in to the brunette. "Oh me..I'm from everywhere. My dad was in the military." Melissa replied.

They stood there making small talk for about fifteen minutes before Lena made the move to get closer to Melissa. "What are you doing later?" Lena asked. "Nothing why?" Melissa replied with a smirk. "Would you like to cut out of here early? Maybe come back to mine and have a night cap?" Lena's voice was almost in a low whisper. "Let's go!" Melissa replied with a smirk. As they walked out holding hands it was Alex who asked where they were going. "We're gonna have a night cap." Lena replied with a smirk. Alex looked at Melisa who looked nervous about the makeup job, however when Alex nodded she knew she'd be ok if things got more interesting.
