Another Reality...

Super Suit....and...A Breakup

After grabbing her and Lena so some sandwiches Kara headed to L Corp for lunch. As Kara rode the elevator up to the top floor Lena's assistant Jess alerted her boss that it was time to start the 'breakup' plan. As soon as the blonde walked off the elevator she was greeted by Jess who was seated at her desk. "Hello Jess! I brought you a sandwich too. I didn't' know if you ate lunch or not, I hope you like it." Kara stated with a smile. "Thank you Kara! Lena is in her office." Jess stated. Kara began walking towards the office when she heard yelling coming from the CEO's office.

"So that's it? You're just gonna breakup with me!" Melissa yelled. "Yes I am! We're done! You may go!" Lena yelled out pointing her finger towards the door just as a wide eyed Kara opened it. "I..I can come back!" Kara exclaimed. "Oh no! Melissa was just leaving!" Lena snapped as Melissa glared at Kara and walked out of the office. "Everything ok?" Kara asked as she pulled Lena into a hug. "We just broke up..." Lena replied with fake sadness in her voice. "Ohhhh Lee! I'm so sorry! Come let's sit on the sofa and you can tell me all about it."Kara cooed as she ushered her toward the sofa.

Meanwhile in the elevator down to the parking garage there were two women celebrating. "It worked! Jess! You are a fucking GENIUS!" Melissa squealed as she hugged her. "Thanks for that, it was really hard to play cool in front of Kara though...she's way too nice! I hope your plan to win over that Katie girl works out." Jess replied with a smile. "Me too! You should probably go back up and eat your sandwich that Kara brought you before she gets suspicious." Melissa replied waving to her new friend.

Back inside Lena's office she was enjoying being consoled by Kara who was now holding her in her arms allowing her to cry fake tears on her blouse. "It's ok Lee! She wasn't good enough for you anyhow." Kara cooed as she continued rubbing Lena's back. "Thank you....thank you for always being here for me...even though we had that ridiculous fight." Lena whispered as she pulled away. "Lee that's what best friends are for..I'll always be there for you no matter what happens between us. I promise. Now I think you should eat your heavily kale covered sandwich before your stomach continues to growl." Kara replied with a chuckle.

Lena sat up with a small smile on her lips as she reached for her sandwich. "You know me so well Kara. Does Katie know how lucky she is?" Lena asked. Adjusting her glasses Kara swallowed hard before speaking. "She uh..hasn't been around much, she's been busy...I haven't seen her much." Kara replied. "Ohh? What's going on with her? She busy at work?" Lena asked. "I guess so...but..enough about me...let's eat and get that new suit out so I can try it on!" Kara stated with a smile. 'Trouble in paradise...maybe things are getting rocky...maybe I can slip in...' Lena thought.

They finished their sandwiches and headed down into Lena's personal lab. "So it's a lot different from the usual one you have. I've enhanced it with anti kryptonite coatings so that'll help if you ever get into trouble with tit again. There's also a new way to activate it too! Here let me show you!" Lena cooed as she pulled out a round object and placed it onto Kara's chest. "Ok, so it has to be activated by your finger print which I can put in right now. Just put your finger here and press the center." Lena explained as Kara put her pointer finger on the center of the object and pressing it in. Suddenly tiny little beads began expanding onto her body as the new suit came to life.

"WOW! Lee this is amazing! What happened to the glasses?" Kara asked. "They're still there they just disappeared with the rest of your clothes. Everything will reaper after you tap the button again. What do you think?" Lena asked. "Lee! It's amazing! When did you do all this?" Kara asked. "Ive been working on it since our little fight...I figured it would be my way of apologizing to you." Lena explained. Kara couldn't help herself she pulled Lena into her arms and hugged her tight. "Thank you Lee! Thank you so much!" Kara cooed as they pulled apart. Kara could hear Lena's heart racing as they looked at one another.

"Ok! Now try to deactivate it. I'll turn around just in case it doesn't work properly..." Lena replied as she turned her back to Kara. Kara pushed the button on her chest and watched as the suit disappeared before her eyes and her clothes and glasses repaired. "WOOOOW!" Kara replied causing Lena to turn around with a smile on her face.
