~Davian~

I looked at Rachell as her father talked to me about something I didn't regester.

"Rachell is it?"

"Yes." She was quiet, but her voice sent shivers up my spine. I heard a low growl from the boy in front of her until he turned around and tried to apologize.

"Don't mind my brother he's very protective over me." I smiled with a huff of a laugh.

"Don't worry I understand." She tucked some hair behind her ear as she smiled and looked down.

"Would you like to go for a walk with me?" She looked up with a smile and stood.

"I would love to." I held out my hand and she took it as I led her out of the house passed Aaron and Lexie. We walked passed all the other alphas and other pack members as they bowed their heads in respect.

"I love to run out here."

"We have a small woods that separate our town and our pack house. Humans think the forest is haunted." She chuckled. I loved hearing her laugh. I wanted to hear her laugh again.

We laughed and talked about anything. I wanted to claim her so bad, but not yet. We were on our way back when I heard a commotion comeing from my house. I looked at her and she at I as we ran back to my house.

There on the steps stood Mikie and a very angery Aaron. He was shaking like we wolfs do before we change. Lexie looked like she was trying to calm him down but from what I could see it wasn't working.

~Aaron~

Mikie looked at me with confussion.

"Lexie lets go."

"Mikie I want to-"

"We're leaving now!" He yelled at her. Some people looked over to us in confussion.

"Mikie cool down." I stood and helped Lexie up.

"Keep your hands off of her. Thats my little sister." I looked at Lexie.

"She doesn't look like you at all."

"His parents took me in after mine died in a fight."

"Argo my sister. Therefore hands off man."

"Mikie its okay. Hes my-" Mikie turned to face Lexie.

"Don't you dare finish that sentence. He's human!"

"So? If your mate was human would you have rejected her?"

"Thats different. He can't protect you! He's human. Whatever you feel can't be-"

"Can't be what man? So just because I'm human means that I can't protect her?"

"Your damn right human!"

"Would you quit calling me that! I have a name and you know it pisses me off when you or any other wolf calls me human! I have just as many rights that you do! I don't go around calling you a damn dog do I?"

"You better not."

" I don't because I respect you. I thought I could trust you enough to understand that! I guess not." Something snapped in me. I saw everything through a red lense and my fists balled up. I could feel my body shaking.

"Aaron calm down." I could barely tell who's voice was telling me to calm down, but I knew it wasn't Lexie.

I heard a commotion outside and pulled Rough with me. Standing on the deck was a really pissed off Aaron, a cautious Lexie, a confused Mikie and Davian with a red head behind him.
