~Aaron~
I was looking at my phone in my hand. On the screen in big red numbers flashed 45. 45. My mother tried to call me 45 times. I ignored her everytime. I sighed and turned the screen off. I looked at my screen into my new face. I didn't need my glasses-they were kind of destroyed during my shift anyway. I sighed.
"Aaron? Where are you?" I heard Lexie ask from in the pack house.
"Out here!" I yelled forgetting her extra strong hearing. She walked out flitting over to me. She was wearing a yellow summer dress. She sat down on my lap and I wrapped my arms around her body. She crashed her lips into mine and pulled away when I didn't respond.
"Whats wrong babe?" She asked with compassion on her face.
"My mom. She's called me 45 times." As if on cue my phone started to ring. We looked at the screen and saw a picture of my mother come into view.
"Answer it." She said. I sighed as the call went into voice mail. She looked at me confused.
"Why didn't you answer it?" she asked.
"Because I can't. I can't go home either. Look at me! I've changed. I don't look anything like I did before I turned. She wouldn't recognize me at all." I said waving my hands up and down my half bare body. Werewolfs run a lot hotter then normal humans so I chose no shirt today. I still looked pail and less muscle than a normal wolf, but my skin looked as if the sun was atracted to it.
"You don't look that different." She said. I looked at my phone again. My mom was calling me again. I chucked it and to my surprise it sailed to the edge of the trees. Lexie placed her hands on my cheeks.
"Hey calm down." I looked away from her. She was right. I needed to calm down. I felt myself shaking.
"I can't go back to her. She thought my dad was crazy, and if she sees me she'll think I went crazy too." I looked away from her.
"What happened?" She asked trying to move my face back to look her in the face. I pulled out of her grip.
"My father left. Whats more to say about it?"
"Theres more. What happened?" I looked off into the distance. "Aaron?" I looked at her and sighed.
"Fin you want to know?" She shook her head yes. Here we go. Down memory lain.
~Three years ago~
"Wake up sleepy head!" My mom said as she turned off my alarm. I complained. I hated mornings. Sighing I got out of bed and looked at the calender. Today was my dads birthday. Today was the day my dad comes home from his adventure. My mom never called them that. She always said he was working.
Walking down stares in my boxers and a white undershirt I look outside. It was raining. I smiled. My dad always loved rain.
"Rain heals things son. They help the world grow and rain tells people when its time to take a break." He would always say.
"Oh its raining. Sorry sport. Looks like I have to take you to school today. I never liked rain." My mother was the total opposite of my father. She hated rain, of corse I really didn't know what her favorite weather was. She didn't like snow, or rain. Hated when it got too cold or too hot. She just would rather stay inside then be out in the elements.
I sighed and quickly went to the kitchen and kissed my mom and grabbed the toast from the toaster and ate it in three bites.
"If I didn't know any better I'd say you were a werewolf from your fathers stories." She smiled as she spoke.
"Good thing I'm not. otherwise your house would smell like wet dog by now." She laughed as I spoke with my mouth full. Suddenly her laughter was cut off by the phone ringing. She quickly grabbed it and answered.
"Hello?...Hey dear...yes he's right here...okay." She handed me the phone. "Its your father." I quickly took the phone from her hand and answered.
"Dad?"
"Hey pup. whats going on?"
"missin you on your birthday. Can't wait till you get home. Hey could you pick me up from school when you get home? Like right away. Mom said it was okay." My mom laughed and so did my dad.
"I did not agree to such a notion." She yelled.
"So can you?"
"Well...I don't know. Have you missed any school this year?" He asked mockingly.
"Only when I was sick and that was only one day I promise." I said really fast. He laughed.
"Well seeing as I haven't seen you in a couple of months I'll let this slide. You better get your homework done."
"I will! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I said really fast.
"Your welcome pup. Now had the phone back to your mother." I did as he said and jumped up in the air pumping my fist.
"Now Evan," She said into the phone, and that was all I heard as I ran up the stares holding onto the railing makeing sure I wouldn't fall.
That whole morning I was excited. I told my teachers that I may get called out to go home early. Finally around 12:15 The teacher got a call and sent me in my way. I bolted out of the room and hurried to my locker. I dodged all the other kids coming back from first lunch. A couple threw paper at me and howled at me, mocking wolfs. I didn't care. I was going to see my dad today, nothing could dampen my day. Until I got to the car.

Cliff hanger. What do you think happens?
Yeah I think I'll finish out this story to an extent and do a background to Rylee Rough's past. How does that sound? Or maybe a twist to both Rylee and Autums pasts.
