I walked to class with one of the wolfs they assigned me. He was Mikie, so it wasn't that bad, but it was annoying. I understand but he looks at everything I write everything I say I have to explain. And for the past two weeks he has become my 'new best friend'. Today though is a great day. Today is Davians birthday. And tonight is the Alpha saramony. And after today I can have my real friend back, even though she is a soul mate with someone else I can still be there to help her, right.

"Hey Aries whats going on in that head of yours?" I smile when ever he calls me that. Its a greek gods name and he loves using that name on me.

"Just thinking. Hey what do you think Davian would like for his birthday?" Mikie leaned back threading his hands together behind his head.

"A car. No money. Wait I got it, his mate man. It's been killing him. Rough found his and a couple of his other friends found theirs. He's ganna be a leader without someone to stand by his side. Thats gatta be tough for him. I know how it felt when I met Quora."

"How does it feel to find your other half?" Mikie leaned forward and got all serious.

"Man its like nothing you've ever felt. Its like your whole world falls apart and she has all the peices and the perfect glue. Like someone giving you a million bucks." He looked me in the eye. "It would be ten times-no a thousand times better than finding your father." I looked at him.

"How did y-"

"Rose." He leaned back and heard the bell ring and stood up with everyone else. That was the last bell and I was greatful for it. Happy that the school day was over.

Mikie and I walked back to our lockers. His first and than mine. I sighed when I saw Autum. She was always rushing to get out of school to see Rough. All the girls are jelous because aparently Rough is the "cute bad boy" and all the human girls just want to flurt with him. I love Rough but at the same time I really wish he didn't exist, 'cause then I would have a least a shot at Autum. But hey what can you do. Mikie put his arm around my shoulder.

"So what are we doing before the party tonight?" I laugh.

"Gift shoping man. I still need to figure out what he would want and you are no help man." He laughed and we exited the building. To the left was Rough and Autum kissing infront of everyone. The past couple of days its gotten worse.

"Man can't they get a room?"

"Nah, she's getting closer to eighteen. She's ganna start going into heat. On her eighteenth birthday-"

"I know what that means no need to explain." He threw his hands up.

"Sorry just thought you wanted to know why she can't keep her hands off of him. And frankly he can't keep his hands off of her."

"I got it already. Jeesh new topic."

"Ooh someones touchy. What you got a crush on Autum or something?"

"No." I answered way too fast. We stopped at his Red chevie truck that ran like crap.

"You do. Aww man you better be carful we are very protective beings, and with Roughs history as a- well you don't want to mess with him." We got in his chevi and bucked up. The thing smelled like Ax and wet dog.

"What history?"

"Oh you know, the rougue um...yeah him being a lone wolf for like five years."

"No thats not it. You were going to say something else what was it."

"Hey man thats between him and Alpha Rose." I sighed Mikie could be a blaber mouth when he wanted to be, but I don't know anyone who could hold a secret better than him.
