I looked out into the trees and into the sunset. I sighed and rested my head on Rylee's shoulder.
"You tired babe?" He said as he brushed hair back from my face.
"No. I was just thinking." He wrapped an arm around my waist.
"Whats on your mind?"
"Whats happened in the past three months. I mean four months ago I found you, and a little while later we find your pack. Then everything-well almost everything-changes." What I ment is now we live in this old town. two states away from my old pack and three away from Alpha Davians pack. At first when we got here, the place needed some work. Okay, it needed a lot of work. But with everyone pitching in to help the pack house was back to its former glory. None of the members of the pack went near the back part of the house, but I did. Opening the old back door brought tears to my eyes. No one had touched this place since everyone dissapeared, so like you could imagine, time took care of the skin and fur and animal probly had their share in cleaning the bones, but looking into the yard and seeing all the bones lay there made me cry out in pain. I hadn't even known anyone who died, but to look at these piles of bones judding out of the ground, some covered with leafs, others crouded with flowers, made me die inside. I cried for Rylee and like always he came running. It was his first time seeing the bones himself. As he wrapped me in his arms I could feel the anger and sadness coming from him. After a couple of hours we left the grave sight. The mass funeral was arrainged and planned. Not for humans to know or see, mind you. Everything happened within that first month we came. Bones were barried, durt was taken out of place and replaced. The hardest group of bones for anyone to touch were the ones who had an old summer dress around. Though faded and weathered we all knew they were his sisters bones.
In the next months time we finally fixed everything up. Homes were bought, and children were put in school. The human community welcomed us back, not knowing what we were. They opened their arms with smiles on their faces.
Then this month, everyone was getting use to being back where we belong.
"Its been a lot I'll agree with you there, but I have to say, for your age, you've taken on this job like you were older then myself." I smiled.
This was my home now. Not just a place to survive, but a place to live. Some things are still left a mistery, but I hope that with all the things going on we can start new.
The wolf hunt is done. The rogues know they can't destroy us. The world of humans trust us. We need to remember the past and look forward to the future.

A knock on my door pulled me out of my trance.
"Come in." I say in a dull breath. As the door opens a man named Rynn walks in. He's the third in comand in one of the pacts that I hace a truce with.
"Sir, may I speek?" I rolled my eyes.
"Speek."
"The Newberry Pack is back together." He said in a shakey voice. Anger filled me. The Rough line should of parished a long time ago, and I thought it did, but I guess not.
"And theres more." I eyed him.
"What?"
"Your son Aaron. He has joined the pack as well." A plan devised itself in my mind.
I will have the line of Rough gone and dead, if its the last thing I do.
